Location & staff were wonderful. Holding our luggage before and after check in was a life saver, too!

We were there for 5 nights and I would have liked a couple of drawers to unpack into. A small desk and chair would have been helpful. Also there was no towel bar in the bathroom.

We could walk to most of the museums and attractions that we wanted to see as well as many restaurants. The hotel is also very convenient to get to the L and to take the Blue Line to and from O'Hare. The bed was very comfortable.

It is located right by the el, but the noise wasn't an issue. there were no views though.

Our room was huge. I believe it may have been for disability. Large bathroom and roomy bedroom. There were windows that let light in but no view. We asked for a quiet room and it was.

The view wasn't great from our room, but being in the back of the hotel made noise from trains minimal.

We stayed for 4 nights in this very nice hotel, perfectly located in the best part of Chicago. Friendly staff, who were always helpful and gave great suggestions. The rooms were clean, large and well-presented. Bathrooms were large and well-lit, with a good shower. The hotel has perfect access from Midway Airport as the elevated train stops directly in front of hotel. making transfers a breeze. The lobby area was very nice and had good coffee in the mornings. Tons of great restaurants and museums are in easy walking distance from hotel. Access to everywhere you want to go is easy by elevated train. This really is a great hotel for a very good price. We highly recommend this hotel.

Shower water pressure could have been a bit better (but not really a problem).

Great vibe and friendly staff! The hotel has been recently refurbished so it feels very fresh. Comfortable room with great acoustics. We got a free upgrade (but unfortunately the room was facing the inner court). Food and cocktails at the ground floor bar were great and the bartender attending us was so nice!

Location was near to a downtown conference, a short walking distance from Silversmith Hotel. It is also well positioned near cultural and green spaces, which were used generously by others in our travel party during the stay. The Team at Silversmith created a concierge experience from check-in to check out, and when enjoying the bar area.

It’s a classy place. Comfortable and welcoming. The beds are great! The location was perfect for this trip. Came in on the train and visited several museums. Good restaurants nearby, too. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful!

Only downside was that you could hear people in the rooms next to you slightly, but to be expected in a hotel.

Very friendly & helpful staff, we were there for over a week and spoke to many different staff members and they were all lovely. Super spacious bathroom & room. Great location - close to everything but not too close so that it’s loud. Next to train line so easy to get to places.

The lighting in the room was dark and there was no clock.

The location, a block from The Bean and Chicago Museum of Art, was wonderful. There is a great, local coffee shop right across the street (Goddess and the Baker) and many restaurants near. There are also drug stores and a Macy's within a block. Beverly, who works at the desk, is EXCEPTIONAL. She is friendly, helpful and really cared about me and my trip. The bed and wifi were great, and the lobby has a nice, fun bar/restaurant too.

Amazing value! The location was wonderful. It's very close to the art institute and the Millennium Park. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby, and only a 20-min walk to Ogilvie station. I will say though, because of its proximity to the L, the train can be a bit loud. I requested to be placed in the back of the building, and it was very quiet, so if it bothers you, make sure you request it. Otherwise, extremely clean and spacious. The staff was very courteous.
