The stafff said i ate a chocolate which i did not eat. I had to pay for something that i did not eat. The room that i was allocated had water leak but was moved to another room however some of my clothes were wet.

The security deposit was a bit of a surprise. I paid by card so yet to receive my refund as per the receptionist. My partner left early, I left soon after and we did not make use of the breakfast that was paid for, was only supposed to be one charged but was charged for two. I ordered breakfast and had to cancel as I was in a rush, was not told breakfast hours, so my order was late. Did not get a refund for my breakfast I did not have, that was a little disappointing.

Would prefer the shower to be separate and not in the bath. Would prefer access to the hotel from the second parking higher up. The steep walk could be a risk for elderly people.

The room was clean and well equipped. We did not have breakfast but supper was excellent. The area was a concern at first but with guards at every corner we felt much more at ease.

The staffs at reception were not v helpful and not friendly at all. The restaurants didnt cater for vegetarian at all.

There was a disturbing noise the whole night. In the morning, I discovered that the noise was due to water drops that were falling from the AC of the room upper. That noise really disturbed me the whole night and I didn't sleep well.

Good service. Kindness of the personnel: in the restaurant, Eugenia was fantastic with me. Same for the lady who welcomed me at the reception (I forgot to take her name; she is tall and has a black skin).

Parking facilities Staff are not very friendly...bare minimum seems t be their motto Construction began on the Monday in the room next door with loud talking and heavy drills going...no warning was given to let us know to expect this and plan appropriately....the room should have been blocked off for any stays while the construction took place next door

My key card kept failing meaning i had to continuously go down to reception to have it reset. The mini bar and basket had missing items as per the list in the room. Limited TV channels

1st room was on 9th floor outside in "open area" close to swimming pool as it was windy, I could feel the wind in the room. But upon my request the reception moved me to 7th floor where entrance to room was already inside. For incidentals you need to give credit card (from foreign tourists the wanted to take all details including CCV in written) - it was not enough just swipe the card. Or there was option to give EUR 20 / USD 20 in cash, which was returned on checkout.

Spacious rooms in nicely refurbished hotel. Hotel located in downtown close to Bo-kaap area with view on Table Mountain. Good value for money - price of the room for location and hotel rating was great. Good selection for breakfast. Great steak restaurant directly in the hotel for dinner.

Room: Not enough power plugs. There was one plug that did not work too great and it only had room for one two-pin plug and one three-pin plug. We were unable to both charge our phones and work on our laptops. Check-in: Not all the check-in requirements were provided beforehand and this almost resulted in not having the required documents. The check-in details were incorrect and there was a lot of confusion. It took 20 minutes to check-in as the system was not working.

Room: Was very neat and clean. Had everything that was needed. The bed was also really comfortable. We had a lock to keep any valuables in if we went out. Location: It was right near bus stations, food services and work offices in the city.

Parking is a but awkward and you have to pay R100 a day for it. There is also R600 rand that you have pay on arrival which is a damage deposit but its refundable. If you want peace and quiet this hotel is not for you because there are a lot of clubs in this part of town and could be very noisy at night

The hotel is great, food at the restaurant was amazing. Rooms spacious and beautiful. Price reasonable
