Staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel also made every effort for my birthday and made me feel so special. Great location on 7mile beach also. The restaurant staff were exceptional. Fran took care of us every day for breakfast. Richard was very friendly and manned the bar. So many others also like Alice and Trisha (hope I got names right) who all contributed to us having a fab holiday. Rooms were also clean and nice, with everything needed for comfort. My family and I will definitely be booking this hotel again if we visit Negril. Thank you Charela, my 40th was amazing 👏🏾 💖
