Perfect location on the Pantiles, stylishly furnished, very comfortable bed, helpful staff and good value. The location was amazing! We felt everything was well thought of and very much appreciated the fine detail put into our stay. The shower was small as expected but worked very well and we were impressed by it. Although it was raining we had a relaxing time and we saw deer walking around outside which was very peaceful. We also really enjoyed going to the games room, even though we thought it would be mainly for kids, there was a pool table and table tennis there too.

Perfect location! Surrounded by woods and walking tracks - squirrels and deer made appearances! Friendly, helpful staff! Quaint old building beautiful decorated. Meals downstairs in the pub/restaurant were delicious!
