The hotel was tired and in need of a good update, room wasn't what I'd expect when paying this kind of money, very basic and in need of a refresh, furniture was basic and knocked around, so generally not to a good standard.
Breakfast had good choice and was good quality!

Beautiful, well appointed apartment. Located across the road from the castle which was the focus of our stay.
Daniel, the owner is extremely helpful and quickly ironed out the glitch in our stay - namely the people staying in the additional apartment had taken both sets of keys, despite very clear instructions to leave the other set in the key safe.

A glorious spot in the Warwickshire countryside. We had a lovely en suite room and were made to feel really welcome, as was the dog! The breakfast was delicious and Tamarind and her family were outstanding hosts. It's also just a lovely 20 minute walk to Kenilworth, which was perfect on a May evening.

I Spent the day at Stoneleigh Park, where I judged dogs and thoroughly enjoyed my day at The Kennel Club Building. The hotel was a short drive from Stoneleigh Park, which I understand hosts a variety of activities, shows & exhibitions. I can highly recommend the hotel which is also very dog friendly for those exhibiting at Stoneleigh Park.

We were there to visit our granddaughter who is at Warwick University,
we found good restaurants and bars in Kenilworth very acceptable and close to where she is staying, which meant that we could actually walk to them.

Stayed in the quaint and very picturesque old part of town which was delightful. Good selection of restaurants and pubs and attractive walks in the village and down to the castle. The town commercial centre is not as attractive and looks a little tired. Overall though I would happily recommend a short stay (in the old section).

Church amazing and worth a visit.
Church amazing and worth a visit. Walks out the back over marshes lovely. Visited site old railway..lovely to see local history being promoted and preserved. Pub excellent..gins fab..food gorgeous and hospitality and service top notch
Extremely pet friendly. Loved that there were lots of other dogs around. (I always feel a little self-conscious travelling with a dog as not everywhere is as welcoming.) Jars with treats and poo bags in reception are a lovely touch. Felt really welcome in the bar area, so could also relax and enjoy a drink with my dog. The hotel is extremely clean - you wouldn’t know that dogs had been anywhere in the hotel. Great location for going to Crufts at NEC.
Lovely countryside setting…great for dog walks.
Really nice clean hotel. Friendly staff and was perfect for the celebration we were attending downstairs.
Great positioning on the main street, everything within walking distance.
The bar is great and the cocktails were of a generous measure and high quality.
Simple breakfast but was perfect for what we needed.
Room was of a good size considering it is in a listed building and the rainfall shower was great.
Lovely.
The hotel was conveniently located to explore Kenilworth town, the fields and castle. Good location base to explore other areas too. The staff was professional, welcoming and accommodating. Everything was perfect, spacious room, clean, lovely decor. We paid for breakfast, it was hot and tasty. Continental breakfast was also plentiful. We had dinner one evening at their Malaysian restaurant and it was very good.
This small private hotel fully fully met the standards we were looking for. We had a pleasant garden room with small sitting room and en-suite bathroom. We really liked the Malaysian restaurant and made a point of trying various dishes during our stay. Kenilworth is a pleasant, fairly quiet town and we enjoyed a walk up to the very interesting castle which is definitely worth a visit.

The Cow Shed had everything we needed and it was perfect for our break to visit family and friends. Not far from the Castle, but not too far to walk to Kenilworth. Very quiet location. Zoe is very friendly and accommodating
Was a lovely, quaint, apartment. Bonus was that bigger, cheaper and much more homely than a hotel room. They even have a coffee, tea and sugar just, so you don't need to take your own (unless you need milk).
Quirky and a refreshing change from standard plastic business hotels. Located on the High Street in Kenilworth so access to local restaurants and other facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Very lovely hotel staff we're very accommodating and friendly the room was nice the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.food was nice hubby had the biggest fish he'd ever seen lol
Most hotel breakfasts leave a lot to be desired, but the Full English Breakfast at Abbeyfield, Kenilworth, was outstanding. It was really good value and set me up for my journey back home.
Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Ideal location in Kenilworth to explore the tow and visit other areas. Lots of good restaurants on the main street
The location of the hotel is very good for shopping and bars /restaurants in Kenilworth.
The room and bed were very good. Breakfast for the price was good. Staff were very obliging.
