Very nice quaint village, that I remember going there when I was a child. Lots of lovely coffee shops and restaurants. Short drive from some of the most beautiful places on the Wirral, such as West Kirby, Parkgate and the Wirral Way. We will have no hesitation on recommending this place to our friends and will hopefully be returning on our next trip to England.

Heswall is one of the main community/shopping centres on the Wirral Peninsula. Heswall alone - or indeed any of the other settlements on the Wirral - would not occupy most people long, or even for a short-stay. But, taken together, and being well-connected by road, rail and ferry to nearby Liverpool, Chester and rural north Wales, they offer a set of remarkably interesting and contrasting destinations for a week's stay - or even longer. The locations include contrasting landscapes and seascapes, to great ranges in wealth, architecture and lifestyles of communities, and similarly varied industries and histories, and places of interest.

The whole experience was excellent. The location is great for exploring the Wirral, lots of restaurants nearby, although the food was so good at The Jug that we ended up dining there 3 out of the 4 nights. Breakfast was delicious too. The room was immaculate and a joy to relax in. The staff were so welcoming and made you feel as relaxed as you would at home. Will be back.

Really clean and comfortable decoration. Very easy key collection and excellent communication with the host. The back room was really nice and quiet with great curtains. Just a short walk from Heswall restaurants or the Wirral Way. We really appreciate places that allow us yo bring our well behaved dog. He had a great time!

Check in was one of the smoothest check ins we have ever had with Air B n B. The apartment was nicely decorated and made you feel very much at home.... Lovely fully equipped kitchen. Lovely big windows and the fact that there was a car park, made things a lot easier. Just 5 mins. walk from the quaint village of Heswall.

The spa facility was good however it is such an inconvenience outside of the hotel through the car park from a separate entrance. The area is nice. Room service at 9 pm+ was good for 2 prawn linguines & calamari. The £5 tray charge and the extra service charge for poor service were unjustified and imposed than optional.

The hotel itself was lovely and the location was good - down a quiet, country lane with ample free parking. We were visiting family on the Wirral and booked two double rooms, they were large, clean and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Good value for money.
