The hotel had a beautiful basement spa but the o it door pool is inside of a long walk down a chain link style fence with astrotuf. The food menu is extremely limited, the restaurant is booked nightly so it’s hard to pop in for a bite. There is no car service to collect you from the train station and no way to get around. The hotel struggled to secure taxis on time or at all. The staff didn’t have knowledge on hand of local guided tours, activities etc. And lastly the neighboring rooms can be heard clearly which was a nuisance. It was beautiful in the spa, and the staff were overall friendly and welcoming, however I wouldn’t return due to the price coupled with the lack of food and getting around.

    The family-run Hotel Kieffer is charming and comfortable thanks to excellent bathroom, air conditioning and a very good breakfast ($). The flower-filled village is all about wineries and some restaurants all within walking distance but no other retail or services that I detected (ok, there's a church). The hidden gem: a scenic overlook only reachable on foot with a stunning panorama of the Rhein Plain, from the Strasbourg Cathedral to the Swiss Alps (on a perfect day) and from the Black Forest to the Vosages. With vineyards, farms, towns and the entire valley before you. Don't miss it.

    A fantastic Gite to stay in .

    A fantastic Gite to stay in . The host Remy and his family were very welcoming. A lovely bottle of wine awaited us in the Gite. Super wine tasting with the host. Gite had everything, just like your home. A shame it is so far away for us.

    It is our second stay with Remy and Michel. Wonderful to be back n to open the 2024 season. Great location in the heart of Itterswiller. The restaurants can easily be reached on foot. The property is very stylish with exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. Michel and Rémy are very welcoming and helpful. Great wine tasting is a real bonus. We will be back.

    the location was perfect, the wellness center was small but clean and has a beautiful view. The breakfast area was also lovely and the staff members were very welcoming. Our room, located opposite the main hotel, was spacious and very cozy.
