Staff were all really friendly and helped to make my young daughter feel special. Great play facilities for small children, rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The clubhouse bathrooms were well maintained and well equipped.

We love that we are inside TongLi which allows us to visit the town till late in the evening to see the lanterns and also early in the morning where the streets are quieter with less people/tourists. In the morning, we were able to witness how the locals live which is rather authentic in my opinion. The Inn's architecture is very interesting and could be a good spot for Hanfu photo-taking. The beds were fantastic.

The staff is always there to help. Always say "hi", always ready to serve like helping with your stuff. The food is the best I have seen and the atmosphere is really great. The cleaning staff is also good and the other services like the gym are open 24hrs.
