Having two young children, we really enjoyed the convenience of our swim up room. Our toddler absolutely loved the pirate ship and play area, as well. Additionally, would like to give a shoutout to Christiana! She went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay, and really valued our feedback.

We liked everything. Very good location to walk to the beach, or to the port or even to the bus station to go to Chloraka Beach.
Rooms were cleaned every day, and breakfast had every day something new to try either it was traditional or international. The food was very tasty and full of many choices.
Every morning going to breakfast, guests were welcomed with big smiles and a "Good morning "in their languages not very easy to speak so many different languages.
We felt like home, easy to ask for informations or things we needed during our stay there.
Definitely we will go back and in my opinion the hotel and the hospitality needs more stars than it shows.

Very nice place and very comfortable. Could store luggage and staff gave me an upgrade on room. Can walk to harbor area, Ancient Paphos and Tombs on a nice new beach walkway. Restaurants are closer just around corner on strip. Had good meals at the local style restaurants.
And pool areas are great places to hang out. Was noisy one night till midnight but not a problem.

Public transportation was very good, we bought weekly pass and travelled in the city by bus. The sea wasn’t too warm in May, but we went in, it was okay. We visited the Venus beach, it was sandy, and could rent 3 sunny beds and umbrella for 10 euros. The beach was clean, but the toilets didn’t work. There is a Lidl very close to it. The streets were very dirty, it was disappointing. The archeological park was interesting near the harbour. You can walk along the sea 4 hours, there are water taps. But it isn’t sandy, it’s pavement. The temperature was 25-27 celcius, but we felt hot. I missed markets, where you can buy vegetables, fruits.

Paphos is a great place to visit because it has a great mix of nature, sea, culture, history, cuisine and nightlife. The weather is great and its not to busy. You can choose to have a quiet and peaceful time or a wild and fun time. People are very friendly. Many cat-callers and club promoters but overall not too persistent and easy to brush off. I highly recommend Paphos for its variety and beauty.

Fabulous place to spend a week - we visited the Old Town and also walked to the Tombs of the Kings. Great coastal walk with good footpaths and great views of the sea and small beaches.
We visited the livelier parts too - Bar Street etc - wouldn't want to stay on top of there as the bars are open until at least 2am but didn't see any trouble and good friendly staff.
Drinks a little expensive (especially the wine) but food was standard prices

The first thing to know is that there is not one single "...
The first thing to know is that there is not one single "center" or "turistic" part of the city. the majority of turistic shops are on the seaside, but in the inner part of the city and I have to say the are really few. Their opening time are quite weird for my standard, at 5 there was almost nothing open there, while on the seaside almost everything was open till late. In general not a lot of interesting and cute shops, I would say more low quality objects, no handmade and similar.
The archeological park is amazing and the Tombs of the kings are worthy a visit, I was really amazed.
the taxi for and from the airport are really expensive, but there is a bus, 623 which brings you to a bus stop from where is possible, very easily to get busses for each side of the city. each bus ticket is 2 euros while from 9pm is 3. the taxi from at to the airport is on average around 35 euros.
take care of the opening times of the museum because some are closed on Sunday or on Monday or which shorted working time.
On Sunday and Monday a lot of things are closed on the island.
A lot of archeological sites aren´t reachable if not by car.
I plan, if I go again, to rent a car, which doesn´t seem to be soo expensive, just keep in mind that they drive on the left side of the street.
People are also less kind that in Greece, where every time I say thank you, they immediately answer you´re welcome.
I would not say it is a bad place, it doesn´t meet my taste. If I have to suggest a place to visit I wouldn´t suggest Cyprus and if I have to suggest Cyprus, having seen just quickly Nicosia (as a city I didn´t like it at all, while the archeological museum is beautiful) and Limassol, I would suggest Paphos.
I love Greece and the Greek culture, maybe because of that I was a bit disappointed.

Great place where you can party or relax.
Great place where you can party or relax.
If you enjoy beer the Old Fishing Shack is a great place to visit and has over 200 beers.
The sea front has many restaurants and bars as well as ice cream parlours.
The harbour side has many good fish restaurants.
The staff and the breakfast are AMAZING! Every need we had was easily met and the breakfast is like a culinary celebration of local cuisine! I traveled with my elderly mother and the staff made everything so comfortable for us and, honestly, treated us like family. The owners of the hotel, are indeed a family. There is a history with this property and the family of owners are right to be proud of it! The location is perfect for the old town, harbor, and Paphos in general. The view is spectacular and did I mention the breakfast?
The incredibly fast, helpful and efficient host. Excellent sized property. Good location. Good sized pool and pool area. Plenty of storage in the accomodation and the balcony and patio area were brilliant. The welcome pack was very welcome as we arrived late in the evening! All plugs in the apartment are UK plugs so no need for travel adapters. The central location means it's about a 20 minute walk to most areas, old town, harbour, beach, shops and restaurants etc. The WiFi was very good too.
Booked it as a gift for my mom’s 50th birthday. We all absolutely loved it!
Location was amazing, food was delicious, rooms and common areas clean, pool was crystal clear, beach (best in the area) 1min walking distance, tombs of the kings right next to the hotel, staff always happy to help and touristic things like the harbour or old town 30-35 mins walk from the hotel which gave us the opportunity to see the city and places better.
I highly recommend it, can’t wait to come back.
Location is excellent. 15 to 20 minutes walk to most areas. Including old town. 15 mins walk to King's Avenue Mall. 10 minutes to big supermarket. James is an amazing host. Picked us up from airport, dropped us off and arranged reasonable car hire for us. No check out time, so we were able to be at the apartment for a late evening flight. The apartment complex is in a mixed residential area which we liked. More personal than being in a hotel. Very sad to leave.
Kiniras hotel is an old house down town of Paphos, new Kennedy square, the location is superb, you can have a great night in one of the nearby restaurants, and wake up in the morning to shop around, and walk in the old town of Paphos.
Perfect stay for its location, the owner is nice, the bathroom was refurbished recently, the morning breakfast in the garden is just the best time, I love this place.
Excellent location and distance to bus stop, Harbour, beaches (especially Venus beach and bus ride away from busier Coral Bay), old town market, shops, supermarket, and shopping centre. But mostly great staff, great pool and overall facilities. Purchased the half board option and the food in the hotel was absolutely excellent. Would not hesitate recommending the hotel to others or visiting again.
If you wanna relaxing , this is the right adress , one of the best appart hotel in cyprus , good location from center and harbour just 10 min walking ,shopping mall also is arround 15 min walking......Tina was the best really she give us all facilities thanks for her , i never see receptionist helpful like her 😊 ......massage service also available just contact reception and book
Everything was amazing, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in (and we travel a lot!)
The room and indeed the whole property was spotlessly clean, breakfast was lovely, the Sea views were superb, loved the quiet location and all the staff were very nice
Beautiful sunsets, good drinks at the bar, perfect location for exploring Cyprus by car, everything was wonderful!
Entertainment team do well, kids dance and evening shows are so great, food quality and availability throughout the day, coffee quality, lobby music and atmosphere, French bowls, pool size, giant outside area with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas, overall nice and cozy view. One of the best 4-star hotels we've been to. Keep up the good work!
Nice apartment close to everything (pharmacy, shops, rental cars, restaurants, beach and etc.) Apartment has everything you need and more. Highly recommend to rent a car because you have parking on the site and is so much to explore in Cyprus like Coral bay beach, Troodos mountains, Limassol area, Latsi and etc.
This hotel is very traditional and located in the old town. The room was lovely and we had an evening meal that was outstanding and excellent valve for money. Could not believe the breakfast basically all you can eat included in the price. The staff could not be more helpful and pleasant. Great stay.
Easy access to the beach. For me it was the best, clean and safe beach in Paphos ever and it just 2 min walk from the hotel!! I tried many other beaches with the kids.
Nice swimming pool area. Delicious breakfast and dinner.
Amazing view
Lidl food shop just 5-10 min walk
Mine was a late booking, the staff were very friendly and very accommodating.
The room/hotel was amazing with great facilities and very clean and in a great location.
A bit pricey as a solo traveller but I paid nonetheless.
Altogether, I recommend it.
The breakfast and dinner were the best compared to the other hotels we visited during our stay in Cyprus. The evening program every day was also pleasant. The staff really tried and met all our requirements. The view from the pool was exceptional.
Very nice and well equipped apartment in a quiet area nearby a big supermarket, about 15 minutes walk to the Old Town, 20 minutes walk to the Harbour. Great communication with owner who has many tips about staying in Cyprus. Highly recommended 👌
The staff was the best I have seen in Cyprus , the welcoming, the details as soon as we entered the hotel.
Bed was very comfy
Breakfast was excellent with so much choice
The indoor pool super convenient for April.
Absolutely incredible place to stay. Staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Would highly recommend, probably the best hotel in Cyprus!
Wonderful hotel, probably the best one I've stayed in Cyprus. Superb staff, great spa, 3 amazing restaurants (Go for the Greek one!), beautiful pools and cocktail bars.
Standard 4 stars hotel, with good water park for kids. A lot of space outside. For vacation with family and kids it’s very good. Public areas look clean, rooms dirty.
