The front desk workers were incompetent and could not find...
The front desk workers were incompetent and could not find my name. waited 1.5 hours and they still could not find my name. They suggested I make new reservations through priceline.com once I did that, by their suggestion they never told me they found my original reservation so I was charged twice, and they refused to refund me my money, they are a horrible company, I have made several reports against them and no one has contacted me regarding this matter. 419-905-6423 Tanya PattonPatton - 10Scored 10
We had a great trip.
We had a great trip. It was the perfect launching point for our visit to the Cincinnati area. The immediate area was great--super good restaurants and bars within just a few minutes. And did we mention our unit was on the street of the MARDI GRAS PARADE! What fun! The staff could have been a little more friendly. Also breakfast was to be included in the price of the room but was not aware of a needed voucher? Had to show a copy of receipt where breakfast was included. My younger brother and I were there for a weekend football game; the staff didn't make us feel very welcome.JaniceUnited States of America

The apartment was well appointed and nicely decorated in minimal style with soothing colors and original art. We appreciated being able to park across the street. We would have enjoyed having decaf coffee on hand and were disappointed that we couldn't get the TV to work. A downside for us was the noise from the outdoor bands at nearby venues but guests staying up later might not be bothered by that.CCherylUnited States of America

All updated, decor was very pretty, could set the temperature you would like. There were items that were free and available. Being a renovated department store gives it a cool vibe. The room was huge. I liked the eggplant walls, minibar was delightful and bed excellent. The room was quiet and I slept well.
