Very clean room and facilities. Breakfast starts early for people who work. Laundry facility and fitness room are clean and well kept. Great value for the price. Terrific location too. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

Sunrise Inn is adjacent to gas station Sunoco which has a convenience shop providing living necessities, Ark encounter is opposite to Sunoco, it costs 10 minutes to walk from Sunrise Inn to Ark encounter.
