The staff was very friendly and efficient and whenever I called the front desk to request something moments later there was a knock at the door with my request.
The property was clean and in good repair.

Location. Right down town, short walk to restaurants and the arena. Beautiful park 1/4 block away. The Kurig is much better than the drip coffee machines.
Staff was very friendly.

From what we saw there seemed to be a problem with appearances . Avoid Humpty's Restaurant. This place is in gross need of updating and lack of staff. Shredded booth seats , flies around windows and tables and long waits for service and food. Went to the Casino and when a bathroom was needed we were told that it was outside and they were porta-potties. Very unsafe for patrons at a casino. All in all we would not stop at Moose Jaw any time soon.

Beautiful town with lots of activities such as historical tours of the tunnels under the Main St which we’re used in the past by Chinese immigrants and during the prohibition by Al Capone as part of his underground booze smuggling racket. Crescent Park is lovely. Temple Gardens Spa has amazing natural mineral spring pool connected both indoors and outdoors.

No hot breakfast for $98/ night and all you get is cold cereal and store bought muffins. Maybe fruit and apple and orange juice. Room should have been like $75 or less for that!!! Toilet bowl lid wasn’t the right fit and didn’t hardly flush properly. The jets in jacuzzi didn’t even work or turn on. Put in a timer or something.

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was well lit.
The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was well lit. The breakfast was one of the best we have had while travelling. The lobby is clean and the staff friendly, responsive and helpful. The proximity to dining options, gas, coffee etc was great. The soundproofing from above was not the greatest but not a dealbreaker. You could hear outside traffic if the air con was turned off. Again, not a dealbreaker. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
The primary reason we visited the hotel was for the mineral pool and our experiences there were excellent. A family member got a massage and she was very impressed with that service. The room and the beds suffered from comparing it to our previous accommodations but they were basic and comfortable. The staff were very good and helpful (mostly) and I appreciated their willingness to find solutions. Did not eat at the hotel but have had good experiences on other visits.
We’ve stayed here once before and came back because the place was quiet. During our first stay, nobody else was booked in to the hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We had ground floor rooms with direct access to the pool, which it was nice to sit around and visit, we had the pool room to ourselves! The staff also let us visit and swim for as long as we wanted. Which is why we booked a second time.
The staff were kind and friendly.
The room was so cozy and I liked the other door directly connected to the parking lot.
The location was perfect for drivers because restaurants, food chain and hypermarkets are in the vicinity, and the routes were easy to approach.
Also easy to find the hotel when driving highway.
The hospitality was So amazing, atmosphere and location was truly beautiful if you want to get away from the city. Annette’s famous German crepes for breakfast are to die for. Truly the best hidden gem spot just a bit outside of Moose Jaw that is 15 min SE.
We liked everything about this hotel!! Everything was very clean, someone was always cleaning something. Breakfast was delicious. Room was very clean and comfortable. Every staff member was very pleasant and helpful.
It is a very nice clean and modern hotel. It is a fairly new hotel so the beds are still clean and comfy. The pool and water slide was nice for the older kids and the hot tub is good for the adults.
This is the perfect place to stay in Moose Jaw. The owners are so friendly, accommodations are excellent, food wonderful…I would highly recommend it and we will be back when we come through again!
Historical Gem with a fabulous view of Moose Jaw. beautifully decorated rooms. even had a Keurig & mini fridge in our Executive suite. loved the soaking Tub.
quiet grounds & close to Park.
Location was a bit out of the way, not in Moose Jaw but rather on the outskirt. The hotel was very quiet, I think I was the only guest. The owner seemed friendly. The bed was comfortable
Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Room was huge and exceptionally clean.
The hotel is located near a golf course and is very quiet.
Nice breakfast with a large choice of food.
The absolute best "to go" breakfast! We had the egg wrap and it was really good. Hotel was clean and staff were nice. Bed was comfy. The fridge and freezer were handy.
