It was very clean and a very comfortable stay. No smell. They have a canoe and kayaks in the property for free use. They have gas bbqs, but we brought our own charcoal bbq. We sat near the lake while we watch the sunset. We also enjoyed the bonfire so much. It was a plus. I’d book this property again in the future.

We stayed two nights in Dwight, exploring the lakes on the area by jetski in the day. There are lots of lakes yo explore. All are really pretty. We would have liked to have had more time to paddle and swim. We went for a hike in the rain in Algonquin Park on our last partial day.

Lovely, well kept, location to sit and relax, or barbecue, when not out exploring the neighbourhood. My son loved being able to take the supplied canoes out on the lake (even at night). The family who run the hotel are helpful and friendly. The room we had (twin and single bed) was a bit cramped but was clean and had everything we needed and in line with what I would expect for the price paid.

This also gives us quick and easy access to smoke outside. The owners have done a wonderful job maintaining the property. There are fire pits and bbqs available for guests to use.
