Amazing staff! Friendly, helpful, attentive. The tranquil setting, pool and gorgeous building created an amazing and comfortable atmosphere. The staff arranged dining at the adjoining restaurant as well as at a lovely spot in the nearby town of Pezenas. We did a day trip to Carcassonne.

The Auberge de la Tour -Appartements- is located in Valros, 12 mi from the Mediterranean coast between Pézénas and Beziers, and a few miles from the A9 and A75 motorways.

Now a boutique hotel, this former distillery is set just outside the center of Pézenas.
