Close to the shopping centre and access available but all around it's a building site so much is going one. No great access to facilities around the hotel unless you go to La Defense. Transport is non existent a couple of small buses. Maybe in the future things might different after building work is over.

We din not visit a lot it Puteaux.
We din not visit a lot it Puteaux. We stayed near the Esplanade du la Defense Metro station and walked several times on the esplanade to the Grand Arch. The location was great, really close to the metro M1, busses and RER. I loved being on the Esplanade, and talking long walks. The Eifel Tower is visible between the tall buildings and at night it's magical.

I only walked down to Puteaux centre one evening but found it very clean with a lovely garden area and fountain display at the back of the town hall. TRam/train station very clean and tidy. There seems to be a lot of redevelopment, all to its credit, even around the Hotel area which was 10 mins from the centre.

Lovely oasis on the edge of Paris.
Lovely oasis on the edge of Paris.
A nice area with a village feel to walk around, grab a drink or meal, enjoy the Christmas lights (in December) and just one metro stop to La Defense, so excellent for work
Many small hotels available, though prices are on the up...

We based ourselves in Puteaux understanding easy access to the city center and having friends that live there, the local area has clean streets, modern infrastructure and good community services with good roads (no pot holes) and a great selection of independent shops and restaurants with a truly international flair, and some lovely little breakfast cafes to experience that French vibe.

At the heart of the business district, it is still...
At the heart of the business district, it is still undergoing significant development. Facilities open over August and at the weekends are severely limited, so a metro into Paris is nearly the only option to have a meal in the evening / at lunchtime, other than utilising the food chains in the Westfield Shopping Centre, which could be pretty much anywhere in the world.
Hotel Dauphin in Paris offers a commendable stay with its advantageous proximity to the metro, ensuring easy exploration of the city. The affordability adds to its appeal, providing budget-conscious travelers a practical option. While specific details about the room or suite are not available, the overall positive experience stems from its convenience and cost-effectiveness, making it a suitable choice for those seeking a well-located and budget-friendly accommodation in the vibrant city of Paris.
Coveniently located vis-à-vis Fondation Louis Vuitton in Bois de Boulogne at a brisk 20-30’ walk. Excellent and affordable 🅿️ at 200m. The ‘quartier’ in which the hotel is situated, called PUTEAUX, is surprisingly lively and pleasant. It clearly is being ‘gentrified’, with all the (dis)advantages that come with the process. Bars and eateries sprawling, yet well lined with groceries shops and the like. Personnel at reception very kind and helpful.
The breakfast was as it should be for the price we paid. The staff was extremely helpfull and friendly, big hotels can learn from the kindness in this hotel. The rooms were clean and of correct size. The area is very peaceful, only the doors make some noise when they close. We parked under the hotel for 15€/day (which is cheap imho for a metropole city) and the metro Esplanade La Defense was only 10min walk. I can recommend the hotel.
We spent 2 nights in the apartment and it was great. It is super comfortable and has everything one needs for a stay: clean, practical kitchen, good bed, parking place..
The connection to the city center is easy with a direct metro line and we did not mind at all the time it took (aprox. 30 minutes).
The host is so helpful and answering very quickly to every question.
We definitely recommend and hope to be back!
Been too this hotel a few times and will always continue to.
Always clean and modern looking hotel staff always pleasant. Good continental breakfast.
Location is excellent, 5 minute walk to M1 metro ( the main line in Paris ) 9 minutes later your on the Champs-Élysées. Close and you don’t pay premium prices for Paris so your saving money so you can go spend in the city enjoying yourself.
Travelled 1300 miles just to stay here again.
Cedric and his wife are so lovely!
Special surprise for us when we arrived as it was my wife's birthday, lovely touch (special thanks to Cedric's wife for the handmade chocolates).
Cedric is a perfect host.
As I said before, French chic perfection, hidden gem of a hotel, no televisions or fridges in sight ❤️
it looks like a room in a house not Hotel no facilities
very tough staff
too fare from the metro
i spent all my time to go from and to the hotel
doesn’t deserve the value
i requested them to check out
they told me you will lose all your money it is already paid
tooooooooooo bad experience
very late check in
all the reviews about the hotel fake
Good location close to la defense Paris business district. West one shopping centre is just a stone's throw away so plenty of restaurant options if you fancy dinning outside the hotel. Good location for business travellers. Breakfast menu was good. Over all the room was spacious and clean. Stay was quite comfortable and staff was quite helpful.
The value is good for the hotel and everyone who worked there was super friendly with us. The neighborhood is quiet and filled with young famalies. It is easy to get to central Paris (though make sure you take the U/L metro lines and not the T2 tram). There was not much street noise and the beds were comfy.
I liked that it was located in La Defense, where I worked, and close to the Esplanade de la Defense metro station on the M1 line. The staff was courteous and professional. They knew how to speak many languages. The hotel placed two bottles of cold water in my refrigerator located in my room daily.
Nice quiet street close to La Esplanade du la Defense Metro station on line 1 which gives you direct access to most major sites.
Having a kichinette was really nice to have. We liked the bed and sleeped quite good in it. It was on the firmer side.
Location very good for metro 1 which takes you straight to centre of Paris & only 5 min walk.
Hotel & local area very clean & safe
Staff very helpful & friendly
The overall quality & value for money exceeded my expectation
I would stay again
We stayed at the hotel the night before with a tour and the hotel allowed us to stay in the same room, so our rooms were not together, but it was our request. The breakfast was good but overpriced.
Very comfortable, and in a great location not much boy for La Defense but as a base to explore Paris. if you are going to an event at the Arena, this is the place to stay.
Very comfortable, clean and quiet room. Extremely helpful and pleasant people at the reception. It was a lovely short stay, I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone!
