We traveled by car as a group of five adults, and one very large dog. Our main goal was to go hiking and enjoy the evenings with good food and drinks. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We are a loud group. The hotel staff not only made us feel welcome, but it was very obvious that they cared about how comfortable we were. Our rooms were clean and tidy, the pup was provided with an occasional treat and we were thrilled with delicious meals and hospitable atmosphere. Hot coffee waited on the breakfast table for us each morning. Tip toll!

The breakfast was great! Plenty of choices offered. It’s a great place to hike through while exploring the different trails in the region. The village is beautiful and tranquil.
