Beautiful city offering quick access to Old Quebec city via Ferry which was very affordable and excellent way to visit the city daily. It is very hilly, as is old quebec, therefore people with mobility issues will have difficulties. Comfortable walking shoes are a must. Thete is also a lot of one way streets therefore a GPS is highly recommended. There are many sights to see and many restaurants all of walking distance. Overall very great way to visit quebec.

Just after you confirmed my room the motel called me to tell me you made a mistake. I was supposed to have a room in the renovated half of the motel, but they were putting me in the old part.
The room was extremely small & the bathroom and the carpeted floor were disgusting. If you can't be sure to book a renovated room I wouldn't recommend staying at this motel

Cleanliness 4/10, pool 3/10, Hot tub 1/10, towels in pool area 1/10, bet comfort 1/10. Given they were fully booked, the hotel was very overpriced, the hot tub was dangerous only one jet was working, and the electrics of the hot tub exposed to children in a wet pool area.... not safe!

Levis provides a perfect location to not only visit Quebec City but to explore this side of the river. Need to be aware that a great deal of walking hills is required. Some good restaurants but they don't open until 9am and they close at 5 or 6. Many are closed both Monday and Tuesday.
The service was excellent. I accidentally drove away without my electric cooler (left it on the passenger side of the truck when I left the parking lot). 20 minutes down the road, I realized and called the hotel. The lady was so kind and sent someone to the parking lot to check for my cooler. It was still there! They brought it in and kept it behind the front desk and called me back to let me know. Great customer service! 👌
The place looks a bit dated on the outside and in the reception area, but the room we got was actually very nice. Quite spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. It almost seems like outside and the inside of this hotel are of two different worlds.
Great for spending the night while on the road.
The hotel is beautiful and well-kept. The location is perfect for visiting Quebec city as the ferry is a 15-minute walk away from the Auberge. The staff was extremely welcoming and responsive to any needs. All of the facilities are kept spotless. The breakfast was very affordable and basic.
Very dated but clean rooms, new looking mattresses that were very comfortable. The 10$ breakfast was very good (eggs, toast, potatoes, your choice of meat, fresh fruit). The hotel and restaurant are run by a lovely family, very nice to see that family run businesses still exist
We were on the road heading out to eastern Canada and decided to stop for a night in Quebec City and do some discovery. We wanted something just off the highway to make getting going in the morning quicker. The hotel was newer, clean and in excellent condition.
Warm welcome. Spacious rooms with simple decor, but very clean.
Hotel was quiet. Beautiful pool area. Wonderful breakfast included in rate. Easy to find and good choice of restaurants within 5 min. driving distance. About 25 min drive to Quebec City.
The location off of the highway was convenient. The drive to old Quebec city was about 25 minutes which was nice as well. Right next to the hotel is a grocery store, liquor store, Costco, Tim Hortons, and a number of other useful amenities.
The breakfast truly exceeded my expectations. They added a small touch by adding a hot breakfast option with the eggs, sausage and baked beans. The room was one the cleanest that I've been in and I've been in numerous hotel rooms before.
This hotel is consistently good. We stay there often - or at least we did before the pandemic - and will be again. Staff are always friendly and we always find it a pleasant stay.
The room was amazing. The pool was great. The staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was amazing!! This was one of the best hotels I have been at in a very long time!!!
The rooms were clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We did not use any of the amenities other than the breakfast which was standard hotel buffet.
