Crown plaza have the best service. Rita and Mary helped me with every little thing needed, always helping with a smile at every hour. i cannot express how please i am with the facilities, the food quality and the rooms. 100/100

This is a great place to stay if you have to attend a conference at ExCel, especially if there's a threat of strikes affecting public transport. You can easily walk to the convention center in about 15 minutes. It's more personable than a hotel and the host, James, is courteous and practical, leaving you your own space, but available if needed. I'm not keen on heat, so when I asked him to turn down the heating, it was not a problem, even though it affected the whole apartment. The closet space is practical and the furnishing rather tasteful.

Felt right at home here. Loved the space and amazing view of the city skyline, being right across from the Olympic park was wonderful. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Love that there were 2 bathrooms. The hot water was nice and hot and the water pressure was great. Pillows were nice and comfy, as was the sofa. The TV had lots of channels and being able to mirror from my phone was great so we didn't have to log in to the smart TVs Netflix! The lift worked well. We felt safe. No noise! It was so quiet which was wonderful. The team were so fantastic, very prompt with any questions and so kind and caring. They went out of their way to make our stay so wonderful. The apartment us so close to wonderful cafes and supermarkets, and walking distance to the train station (Stratford international, DLR and Stratford tube), along with the massive Stratford shopping centre. Although we didn't go this time, I've been previously, and it's so close to the canal which boast fab bars/restaurants/cafes. Highly recommend staying here and next time im in London is stay here again! It brings a chilled vibe to the hustle and bustle of the city centre, so a nice place to relax and unwind afterwards. It's not far from the centre either and plenty of train options to get you back to the area. Very easy to get to/from airports via the train and flat easy walk from there to the apartment or catch a taxi from Westfield Stratford Shops.

I want to take a moment to mention a couple of members of the staff. The experience from reception with Reshma, who greeted with a smile and offered complimentary services to Ganga and Laila with the room servicing was all above and beyond anything I expected. This is by far the best hotel experience I've had in London within 3 years. I have absolutely nothing to critique about it.

Exceptionally clean and large rooms. Professional and helpful staff, great breakfast, nice spa, amazing value, and in relatively close proximity to all the main attractions. The lobby is simply beautiful, the room was in perfect shape, the bed was large and comfortable and the lights and AC were controlled using the TV. The area is quiet and very close to a big business and commercial center, as well as some local shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place and I myself look forward to returning soon

This a spacious and comfortable unit. The host is accessible. It is fast and easy to get around London, especially with the Elizabeth line. It is also very convenient for groceries, restaurants, entertainment, etc. The towels, linens, TV, sound proofing all very good. Kitchen is a bit spartan but ok for a short stay. Big soaker tub in master bath. Lots of closet/shelf space.
