Fofi's garden is ideal for a family vacation combining beach and hiking/sightseeing. We stayed for a week and could have stayed longer. The house is very child friendly, the huge and very well-kept garden a big bonus. Our boys loved playing in the inflatable pool so much we had trouble getting them outside of the house. The closest beach (7 minutes walk) is sandy with clear water, but without any facilities such as sun umbrellas so bring your own. 3 minutes drive from the house, though, there is a blue-flag beach with all necessary facilities and beach restaurants. For those who want to visit the Olympus, Litochoro is 15 minutes drive from the house. Fofi was extremely nice and responsive, communication was smooth and easy. We warmly recommend the place.

A beautiful location that's about a ten-minute walk from the centre. The house was wonderfully maintained with all amenities including hot water at all times. The hosts, meanwhile, were so friendly and attentive - such great value for money and I couldn't recommend this place enough.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa la Varik. The big garden is a green oasis of peace and tranquility - perfect for relaxing and recharging the batteries and very nice for smaller children as well. And all this within only 5 minutes walk away from the beach. Perfect. The accommodation is new, very nicely decorated and has all the kitchen amenities needed for a holiday stay. And most importantly: the owners are lovely. The family is putting a lot of love and dedication into making this a fantastic place to stay and making the guests feel welcome. And important for us that the accommodation was wheelchair accessible (except for the bathroom, which isn't) and also the garden and way to the beach were easy to handle with a wheelchair. The camping next door has a mini-market for the daily grocery shopping, as well as a coffee bar and small restaurant. And we can certainly also recommend the fish tavern Ellinikon that is within 5 minutes walking distance.

A toaster, a fridge and kitchenware are also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the villa complex, all units include bed linen and towels.

We enjoyed it very much, it was great place. Great view to the sea in one side and to the Olimpus in the other side, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The house is located in the middle of agricolture ground with plants all around, you don't see other house around.

The private pool next to the living room - total luxury. If you prefer the sea, the beach is really close too. And for anything else just ask Elisabeth using WhatsApp... The owners were always helpful!
