It was the first trip to Novotel but it will not be the last, it is a marvellous place from reciption to the housekeeping. I need to say to Mr Muhammad Khamis thank you very much for your help and this nice smile

Everything. Kids had a blast in the water slides and we did too. Food is very good (would only have enjoyed more Middle East options). Location is beautiful. Everything is clean.

Visited LTI with the family for a short stay. I liked the hotel and facilities (pools, aqua park, resturants), but what was exceptional is the staff. Mostafa (service desk) and the rest of staff members we dealt with are very welcoming and helpful. They looked after us very well, and did not expect anything in return. Pools are very nice and of different depth to help young children as well. Aqua park is shared with the other siste-hotel but still very cool and not very crowded. Overall the stay was really good

Super relaxing stay! I was staying in Hurghada and wanted to escape the city for the weekend and went to this resort. I arrived early and immediately got checked-in. It is a small cosy resort with few guests; which did not disturb me. The beach is amazing, sandy shore, the sea is full of corals and colourful fish. When the sea was high, I snorkeled in the house reef. The swim-up pool bar and fresh pizza on the beach were my favorite. The food at the restaurant was great. Room was cleaned everyday, the staff are trying their best to please everyone, you just have to treat them nicely.
