Accessible Hotels in Beppu

Good location,BF and very friendly staffs.

Friendly staff who speaks fluent English. Car parking at 500 yen per night behind the hotel. Free beverages at the lounge. Spacious room with sea view. Many restaurants within 10 mins walk. Discount shop Donki just 2 mins away. Very clean room and have an onsen on the too floor with very hot water. There is a kitchenette and washing machine in the room. Worth to stay in this service apartment hotel again.

Buffet had a loads of variety of food including international and Kyushu local dishes. Game area and kids space helped a lot to stay with small kids. Staffs were nice.

Onsen here is so nice. The outdoor onsen is so relaxing. I preferred the room without shower more.

Excellent hotel with all aspects . Modern decoration. Large room, great view. very good restaurants. Breakfast is reach and fresh. Great onsen. Team very helpful and friendly.

- Personnel is extremely attentive and nice to talk to - Food is very fresh and delicious - the room is great with a lot of complementary things offered (bags for wet clothes, socks, face treatment, ice cream in onsen, etc) - very cozy and hot onsen which is open until midnight - location is very convenient - I visited 5 hells of Beppu and museum by foot - spacious parking

Free beer in the lobby and onsen eggs outside the entrance. The footbath on the roof is always awesome. The onsens are great (including the in-room onsen). The room itself is excellent. The staff is exceptional. It was our second time visiting this ryokan and as we were leaving, one of the staff members said she recognized us from last year because we were in the lobby drinking beer again, so that gave us a good laugh!

Great location. Close to the Hells of Beppu attractions.

Very comfy and elegant. The public bath is amazing! Even though a few things feel a bit dated, it’s still a wonderful experience overall.

Best stay in Japan from my last five travels here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for lodging and old Japan experience

Friendly staff. Free drinks, great location. Clean, modern room

The place was perfect for our needs: an easy walk to the train station, convenient access to restaurants, a short walk to a grocery store, enough room for the two of us for a short visit, great communication, easy check-in (click on the check-in link and follow the instructions), clean, cooking supplies were basic but present (tea, coffee, seasonings, oil all provided), and a washing machine. We would definitely stay again.
