We spent a few days at this cabin during the winter and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and stress-free. The cabin was spotless—very clean and clearly well cared for, which made us feel comfortable right away. The kitchen was especially impressive. It had everything we needed for cooking, including pots, pans, utensils, and even a few thoughtful extras that made meal prep easy and enjoyable. It felt like staying in a home rather than a rental, which made a big difference. The cabin itself was warm, cozy, and peaceful. Waking up to the snowy landscape outside was a real treat. Whether we were relaxing indoors or exploring the area during the day, it felt like the perfect winter retreat. Overall, it was a hassle-free, comfortable, and very enjoyable stay. If you're looking for a quiet, well-equipped place to relax during the winter months, this cabin is a fantastic choice. We’d definitely love to return!

Stoneridge Estate is my favourite accomodation I've ever stayed in. The rooms and facilities were amazing. Being out at Lake Hayes and away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown was so relaxing. Wineries, Arrowtown, Ayrburn, Frankton Arm are all a quick drive away. The hot tub was great and the wine/cheeseboard each evening was a lovely addition. My partner and I enjoyed simply walking around the estate and looking at all the beautiful autumn colours. And the breakfast and coffee each morning was fantastic!

The location was central which it made for easy access to everything from the Remarkables Market, to the downtown area and anywhere else I wanted to get. The parking specifically for guests was also nice as I did not have to carry my stuff very far or find parking on the street. It was conveniently located. My room was nicer and the blackout curtains made it so I could sleep in and wake up at my leisure. The mini fridge was helpful for storing my groceries. I think the best part though was the amazing staff who greeted me when I arrived with such warmth and care. Even though I was running like a chicken with my head cut off, on their part, they made sure I had everything I needed for my stay and their desire to help however they could to get me settled was so nice. They were also such sweet girls that just by their presence, it made me feel welcome.
