Accommodations in Franklin

The king single beds. Very comfortable!

Gorgeous, old fashioned hospitality provided by Coco, in a wonderful location.

Location was perfect as we were attending Cygnet Folk Festival. A chance to escape the noise and busyness of the festival and to recuperate for the next day. Beautiful old home. Large room and equally large comfortable bed. Hostess made us feel at home and always available for any questions.

Walking distance to 2 great restaurants and a good stroll along the Huon. Host left lovely food and drink.

Nice and cozy… newly renovated!

Coco was an amazing host who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Her Lodge has old-world charm yet has all the comforts we come to expect. The room was tastefully fitted out with a lovely bathroom. The lodge has a lovely shared space and the continental breakfast was great. Extremely well located for exploring the Huon Valley, Hastings Caves and Hot Springs, Tahune Airwalk and is only 40 minutes to the Kettering ferry terminal to spend the day on Bruny Island. Highly recommended.

A lovely purpose-built studio. Decor and every detail beautifully presented. Outdoor sitting area around a pond.

Modern house on top of a hill with a lovely view of the water. New appliances and well-stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to cook dinner.

Amazing views from the common room and very friendly host

Was cute little warm beautiful place to live. Very peaceful and view from the area is so astonishing. All facilities were provided so well. Great host

We had a lovely stay at Cygnet Valley Hideaway. The tiny house was cosy, clean and beautifully designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The surrounding scenery was peaceful and beautiful, and we especially loved waking up to the lovely views. It was the perfect place to slow down and enjoy some quiet time.

This is a beautifully furnished home in a gorgeous setting, just minutes from Franklin, the perfect getaway for peace and solitude. It is very comfortable, in its’ elegant furnishings, climate control, and fabulous kitchen (not that it’s needed, the dining options nearby are great). Pete manages the property and lives locally, and is available if needed. Nearby Huonville has good shopping and restaurants, and Franklin offers smaller scale excellent dining. Such a peaceful, pretty part of Tasmania. A wonderful place to unwind.

Very cosy, fantastic surroundings. Great hosts

Excellent communication. Also Michelle went out of her way to accommodate everything we needed to have a successful stay with my neurodivergent relative.

The hosts Maria and Wayne were wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. Would go back there again.

Excellent breakfast, early morning service exceptional. Lovely stay.
