Accommodations in Kyustendil

The room was clean and comfortable, including a bath tub. The staff is very polite. The hotel and the facilities are clean. Spa options are also good.

It was very clean, the parking was easy to get to, and the restaurant staff were very friendly.

Big room in good condition, everything works well. Hotel staff tried the best to speak in English with us! Decoration of hotel is traditional, even a bit old-school, and this is great, atmosphere is unique.

The staff was amazing. They were chatting with us, gave us tips for the city.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like fresh towels daily and complimentary toiletries. The room had all the amenities you could need, from high-speed Wi-Fi to a fully stocked minibar.

Good location and stabile wifi

Great location on downtown pedestrian street.

Good location, clean and spacious.

It is so rare to see such a place in Bulgaria. I think this is one of two such places that I have seen in my life. The interior design is absolutely stunning. The staff is very polite and welcoming (ultra rare in Bulgaria). The food is overwhelmingly delicious. And the location is very well-connected to different points of interest.

The lady at the bar was very friendly, she spoke fluent English and she did her best to accommodate us, coming withouta reservation, (I made the reservation on booking on the spot because card payment wasn't available). Thumbs up for her!!

In the centre of the city ,everything is nearby. Clean and warm . You have parking payable with phone hour by hour in front of hotel or you can park near facility in the private parking for day or two.(6 euros per day)

Everything was absolutely 💯 amazing. We had a problem and Svetalina was so helpful and kindly tried everything to help us. The room was big and very good. 😊

The host and all the employees were wonderful! Everyone went above and beyond and made my stay very special! The apartment is beautifully done, very clean, great location, very safe. The coffee machine was a lovely surprise and there were even coffee beans in it!

Everything - a clean and cozy place, friendly and accommodating hosts, excellent location

Polite and friendly host. Perfect central location. Free parking in front. Coffee shop and supermarket at site.

Perfect place for a large group, everything you need is available and the group has the privacy of having separate rooms.
