The view, location, and pricing is the best for the area we found... great "base-camp" for your trip!

From the moment we arrived the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were chatty, good humoured and gave excellent service. The quality of food offered was excellent. Great room with a mountain view.

We were very lucky that they gave us free upgrade to a suite room. The room had a kitchen, laundry and 2 bedrooms, BBQ, and fireplace. The suite was very conformable.

The most beautiful location surrounded by mountains. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hostel setup is as good as I’ve seen - beds have curtains, lockers and space under the bed. Everyone has their own plug socket, light etc. Well built bed frames so you’re not being disturbed by other guests in their bunks. Decent sized kitchen with lots of hob/stove space. Large TV in the common area to watch sports and films was a nice touch

I was initially worried due to the many negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. My room was very clean and well-equipped, with a large TV, microwave, and refrigerator. There were two nightstands, and the charger was conveniently located nearby. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked nice and fully functional. The location is excellent, and the view outside the hotel is beautiful!

Loved the location of our cabin. It was close to Canmore and Banff, but we loved the remoteness of where we stayed. We even saw a grizzly bear grazing on dandelions just 20 yards from our cabin. As for the cabin itself, I don’t even know where to start. We loved everything about it. It was huge and my husband and I joked that it would be a perfect size home for us when we retire. It was extremely clean and everything was modern and up-to-date. Kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were probably my favorite of eveything. They were the comfiest beds we have ever slept in. It made it hard to wake up every morning. I have zero complaints and would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was just perfect. Beds so comfortable and the condo was well equipped. I would highly recommend to stay here.

It was so clean and organized, and as we went in the mid of January it was mostly empty too. The accommodation was very comfy and the showers were also great

Amazing value for the money, great location in the middle of town, clean spacious rooms, fully equipped to cover all your basic needs. The hot tub was brilliant,, ain't nothing better than to chill out the jacuzzi after a day of hiking. It was fully operational during our stay on Sunday evening. Easy to check in and check out online. Free parking on site for 1 car was provided. They even left a couple of detergent capsules for us, so we could wash our clothes if necessary.

The annual pass card is really helpful

Wonderful place - super spacious with great views, high speed wifi and the property is so well managed - couldn't speak highly enough of this place and will definitely stay again soon

Amazing place! Nice and cozy apartments with beautiful mountains view and lovely patio to relax. Everything needed was in the unit (like at home). Also free underground parking with direct excess to the building was very convenient. We had a great stay there and we would definitely come back again.

Smooth arrival. Clear instructions. Very clean appartment with well equipped kitchen. Highly recommended for business trips with walking distance to town. Beautiful view from the balcony. I will return there shortly. Cheers!
