The rooms were beautiful, thoughtful and contemporary. We loved the complementary filtered coffee in the room. The food options on site were amazing. We had dinner at the restaurant downstairs and it was delicious. Our favorite spot though was Sudden Sally (across the driveway at sister hotel) for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The hot pools were a delightful relaxation.

Everything. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but Edwina managed to get the room ready for us. She so helpful in showing us how to get around Banff and to the Gondola. Her home was a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Home away from home. Breakfast was great too.

Where do I start? This has been a dream come true. The cabin was amazing (I was in Fox Cabin). It was clean, warm and cute. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was there. I simply can't think of anything that was bad. People need to note that these are very old cabins and that is exactly the charm of them! This feels like such an original place that has been part of the community for decades, and still has that cozy, classic feel. I much MUCH prefer this over a super luxurious modern building. At the Beaver Cabins, you really get to feel like a local. The staff also absolutely went above and beyond, and were incredibly welcoming and kind. I had a slight accident and the staff took incredible care of me. 11/10 would recommend, and would go back in a heartbeat!
