Accommodations in El Arenal

Location, breakfast, hospitality

Nice ocean view and decent rooms. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is really good.

Great location, and the apartment was excellent value for money.

Extremely clean and the staff was very polite and helpful

The atmosphere was wonderful. The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. I arrived early and Maribel made sure to help me get my bags stored, showed me where I could change and get started with my day even before getting into my room.. The reception area was comfortable and quiet enough for me to make a long phone call to contact my Airline to change my flight. The pool was gorgeous, and I had hoped to use it later in the day, but I just ran out of time. Although my room was small, it was big enough to accommodate me. The bathroom was exceptional, and the shower was probably the best one I had had my entire trip. I loved having the nice, spacious balcony overlooking the street. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice actually having a smart TV in the room that I could connect to. Extremely important was that the air conditioning worked well, especially on such a hot day. At the end of my stay Mohammad was very helpful in getting me ready for my departure to the airport. My phone wasn't working, so he agreed to wake me up in time (at 5:30am!), arranged for my taxi and gave the taxi driver instructions for where to take me. He was extremely personable and took my worries away for my upcoming travel back to the United States.

Staff amazing,Hotel worth it for the amount of money.

Close to the see, professional and grateful staff. Very clean hotel :) Tasty breakfast ❤️

The location is the best. Exactly outside the beach. And the rooftop area is a great place to spend time

The room was clean and the bathroom was big

The room was lovely with its own bathroom and balcony. Very clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept well .

The room was very ,very clean !good air condition, very pleasant clean bathroom with window, lovely balcony:) Great location, next to the beach but in quiet enough street. Bar downstairs have pleasant vibe with terrace. Good breakfast and pleasant helpfull staff. We are very satisfied, and recommend this place!

Very comfortable apartment, clean and safe, short distance from beach. Easy access, good communication. Parking on street right in front. Equipped kitchen, loved the electric orange squeezer for fresh juice. Enjoyed the powerful shower and quality shampoo & conditioner.

Very friendly front desk staff, good location, clean room

The staff was really friendly and helpful. There was everything what you need for a couple of days for stay.

The staff was really helpful and welcoming, the hotel was in a good location, close to a lot of bars, restaurants and shops.....the beach is also near by, and It's close to the center and the landmarks! The price was very reasonable and it included a good breakfast buffet and dinner! 😍

Breakfast, room and the staff !

The hotel is great. Its very clean and modernly furnished. The staff is very polite and always at your service. The food was different every day and it was very, very tasty, one of the best things about the hotel. Bus station where the bus for airport and Palma stop is right in front of the hotel. The beach is two minutes by foot,so the location is perfect.

The unlimited brunch is a great option given by the hotel. We had a breakfast in the morning, and we could still return for a brunch in the noon. The check out time is at 12:00, but the hotel gives you the opportunity to use their locker room for your luggage, in case your flight is later. There is a shower as well we could use, with towels provided by the hotel. The lobby and the pool are still usable during your last day.

Close to the playas & boulevard.

Modern room, pool, friendly staff, great price, good location

Excelent service specially front desk

Wonderful energy from staff, accommodating a very late check-in, super helpful with touristic ideas and curious about each customer

Clean spacious with delicious meals. My second time in this hotel this year😉

- Great location near the S’Arenal beach - 10-12 min bus ride from the airport - Very modern and well maintained in general - Amazing pool environment - Great underground gym, sauna, steam room with a view to the forest - Very calm and quiet, although located just 5-7 mins away from the the beachfront road with all sorts restaurants, bars and night clubs

Well located staff is very nice and professional

Excelent value for money, I loved the bufet! Rooms cleaned every day, friendly staff and nice decor.

It's a nice and cheap hotel

The room was clean, but the balcony was dirty, because there was lots of pigeons poop. 5min walk to beach. Food was good
