Accommodations in Marbella

Everything was good from the breakfast to the rooms and also very friendly staff

Everything is good in Ona Marbella, staff are lovely and helpful! Rooms comfy, big bathroom, view of the city and mountains. Breakfast is fabulous, selection of cereals, breads, croissants, bacon, sausages, eggs, juices, teas, coffees. Great place to stay. Out front door and your in town centre in minutes!

The atmosphere is very nice. The staff is really friendly.

Place cleaning, staff, sea view

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were plentiful and varied, with different themed options and a wide selection to choose from. During the day, snacks were available at the snack bar, as well as self-service stations offering alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. A nice touch was the use of reusable cups instead of disposable plastic ones. The room was spacious and had a view of the pool. In the evenings, it could get a little noisier depending on the entertainment programme, but the windows provided good sound insulation. The hotel garden was beautifully maintained.

I had a very nice stay. check in was fast and my room was ready upon my arrival. I was invited to a welcome drink which i found very nice and different ,a touch of class. I was treated as i was check in in a 5 star hotel. The room was clean and quite big another great surprise. The bed was very comfortable.

Beautiful. Surrounded by golf course. Close to luxury. Great staff. Glovo and Uber eats available.

Clean and the stuff amazing In the center of the city

Very nice and family friendly ! Room very comfortable and not noisy at all !!

Great location, beautiful rooms, very clean and great staff.

We originally booked a single night in a deluxe double room. Upon check-in, the staff graciously upgraded us to one of the nicest suites as my fiancé and I recently got engaged. The staff was so incredible and kind to us, and the room / facility was stunning. It even had a private pool

Everything was great … I didn’t wrote before comment about stays or maybe just very little.. But for this place I should write… rooms was cleaned and looks good and have A/C which most important Lol! The Staff really Great Great Great and very helpful!

The staff, their attitude “the customer first”.

What an amazing, beautiful Hotel. You couldn’t find a more welcoming and comfortable small boutique hotel in a more perfect location anywhere in Spain. The design is stunning, the rooms are super comfortable and very well equipped and the reef Terrace is a wonderful place to relax and look at across the old town

The hotel is truly amazing and definitely feels like a true 5 star property. The interior is beautiful, and the facilities are excellent, especially the main pool and Lucia Beach Club. The gardens and greenery are stunning, and we also loved the Rafa Nadal Academy tennis courts and the beautiful surroundings and views. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely mountain view. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food and plenty of options. The staff were exceptionally nice and welcoming. We really appreciated that they managed to give us our room early since we arrived in the morning after our flight. The service was a little slow on our first day, but after that it was perfect.

Perfect location, quiet, clean

The location is perfect, room is big with a terrace, parking is available in the hotel at all times Very hospitable team and great breakfast

The room was beautiful, very clean, nice tea and coffee faclities, great toiletries. The staff left balloons, a card and some chocolates in the room for my partners 50th birthday. That was a lovely touch.

The room was clean and well light

Everything was just perfect! The apartment can’t be better with everything you need, the huge terrace is also well furnished, roomy and airy, with views to the pool and palm tree garden! The breakfast is complete and always served with wide and honest smiles. Supermarkets and shops are just minute walk from the entrance. We spent a wonderful week there, highly recommended.

Balcony. Location/ cleanness/ everything / front desk employees spatially the girl who is her shift in evening I forgot her name sorry

I really liked the reception service and how the staff communicated with guests. It was also great not having to deal directly with the room cleaners, as sometimes they can be a bit intrusive. Additionally, the screen for choosing "cleaning" or "do not disturb" was a great feature that I really appreciated. The hotel’s location was perfect, and I loved the size of both the room and bathroom, plus the view from my window was amazing.

The staff were taking care with their best efforts all the time. There is a great reception “Ana”, who was unbelievable nice and diligent. Thank you gor your hood services. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
