Very friendly staff and the full english breakfast was 100%.

The staff were busy and fantastic. Professional though hard pressed. Everything they did was spot on and "client friendly". Their management clearly asks a lot or even too much of them but they seem well trained and positive and really were great. The room was clean, looked good, felt good. The building is iconic and the "Yorkshire greeting" approach works well. The Dugout sports area was good too.

It has everything: restaurant, bar, gym, swimming pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Delicious meals at in-house restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great.

There is plenty of parking with cameras outside. The staff are very welcoming in every area of the hotel. They care about your stay and that you are comfortable.

We liked the location, close to the major routes yet quiet. Plenty of parking, the staff were excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the White Swan Hotel in Halifax, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The hotel’s rich history and charming, traditional ambiance made for a truly unique stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk from local attractions, and it provided a convenient base for exploring the town. The room was spacious, comfortable, and full of character, with the historic features adding a lovely touch. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Halifax!

Everything is on point Staff very helpful very secure comfortable bed plenty of hot water and heat in the room tea available in the room bonus!

Room was very comfortable and great value. Breakfast was included in the price and very tasty. We had our evening meal in the adjoining pub, which was very tasty and excellent value.

It was well set and initially when I got a room that was not to what was expected, the staff were very professions and swift in their response and resolving and I managed to have the most relaxed time away - worth the travel for

The deluxe apartment is as shown. Very spacious. There are two other smaller rooms on the same floor, with a very large bathroom to share. It was clean and has easy access to the town centre. Staff were helpful when there was a mix up with codes at the start of the trip but easily rectified.

Location is perfect for central to the city and proximity to venues and bars and restaurants. Rooms were really clean and well presented. Beds very comfortable. No noise.

We stayed as a family - 2 adults, 1 child. Absolutely excellent communication from Lee (owner) throughout our stay. Even before the stay, the information Lee had prepared was brilliant and we were so thankful for this. He was fabulous throughout, and is excellent at what he does. The check in process could not be smoother. The apartment is brand newly refurbished, and is absolutely lovely with all essentials included. The location is excellent, and close to all points of interest. We would 100% return if staying in the area, and would recommend this to any travellers!

The host was very accommodating letting me book and check in at very short notice. The communication with him was excellent. The apartment was very clean and stylish and the location was great. I would stay here again 😊
