One of the best international modern design hotel in the area close to all the restaurants and the ferry boats.

Breakfast was amazing very plentiful and all fresh. Apartments are located high above Pothia but not inaccessible if you are able. Worth the walk up there just for the view alone

This is great hotel with super friendly stuff and always opened reception. The room was beautiful, comfortable and the view was great! The minor things to note: it's up heal walk to get there and the noise isolation wasn't great (sometimes I could hear small noises from surrounding rooms). Otherwise it's a great place to stay!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The house is equipped with all facilities. The view from the balcony is also excellent.

The owner was amazing, he helped us out with anything we needed. The location is out of this world - the beach is located a few steps away from the yard. The yard has a porch and some extra space, which is perfect for a bit of peace and quiet from the public, all the while having a quick access to the sea. Additionally, Kantouni Bay offers a couple of very good places (bars, restaurants, shops or a supermarket, water refill station, ...) conveniently located within walking distance (a few minutes away). The villa itself is very spacious and contains lots of space to hangout, dine together or to just separate from all the others. The kitchen and bathroom are both big enough to accommodate the full house of people, although you may need to join some tables when dining in bigger groups. All in all this booking was amazing.

Nice design, very comfortable and large room. Everything is very new and modern which is especially great for the bathroom. Location is really fantastic, walking 1 minute down to the beach. Plus amazing view of the beach, mountain, sea and sunset right from the room’s balcony.

The location is perfect, the owners are beyond perfection! They were so nice and helpful with lots of tips around. The apartment has everything that you need, bed is comfy. I ll definitely be back!

The view from the very comfortable beautifully decorated room with balcony was absolutely 5 star. Hotel is in a perfect location just a few steps above the beach, and at the same time a few steps down from the main road where there are restaurants and shops and bus stop. Delightful healthy breakfast was served on the terrace above the beach. Staff were very friendly and always trying to please the guest. The lovely refined owner Kalotina was welcoming, helpful, warm and a true pleasure to chat with. This is definitely a wonderful relaxing place to stay.
