Amazing location and Incredible experience of Old world Greek Village Life.

Excellent view and great location

Lovely guest house, spectacular views, accommodating hosts, and well situated for hiking, dining at local tavernas, and visiting Lake Ioannis.

Stylish, good food, great views. The facilities and room where very welcoming and comfortable

Loved the beautiful, quiet location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Great sleep!

The owner is lovely and very accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of even though it was Easter. The breakfast was homemade and delicious with many of the ingredients coming from the farm the owner has.

I like the atmosphere of the hotel, nicely decorated. The location is amazing with a beautiful garden, you can sit outside and relax. The breakfast was delicious with local homemade product like cheesepie, Greek pan cakes, marmalades, bread, fresh orange juice, cakes, omelet. And the most important was the host Gerasimos, so friendly, kind and helpful person. Thank you a lot for everything. We will be there again for sure.

What a great place. Perfect location close to the central area of Pramanta. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and warm with a beautiful view. Marika is the perfect host, very available and always helpful and provides excellent supplies for a delicious breakfast!

Perfect location, clean, nice balcony and very well lit

Best for one or a couple of nights in tzumerka. Best value for money

Beautiful house, very convenient and high level. Location is good and host is great and available in case you need anything

Everything was perfect. The apartment is fully equipped. The only thing that bothered us was the creaking of the wooden floor when people were walking in the apartment above.

Great view, very nicely decorated, new, cozy and comfortable, central location.

There's nothing like Georgia! Host above and beyond expectations! The most charming, generous and caring woman I have met in a long time. The apartment is charming and it seems that every detail has been thought of. Located in a great, quiet and very central location, 2 minutes walk from the center of the village and the restaurants. Can suit a couple or a couple with one child. Highly recommended!

The location, at the edge of the village, is peaceful and quiet. The view is amazing, the rooms were clean and tidy, the living room was very nice, with a fireplace. We had a small issue with the hot eater boiler. We contacted the owner, who was kind and resourceful. within 20 minutes an electrician came by, made a full system check, and the system was up and running like new. Great service and prompt response of the highest quality. Highly recommend.
