Accommodations in Westport

Breakfast was wonderful. Had choice of mini vs full Irish breakfast. Room was very comfortable with beautiful l view.

Bus dropped me off beside hotel, very central to centre

We informed the management of the estimated time of our arrival and told them we would get a taxi straight to the facility. When we arrived at the Westport train station we were met by a member of the management in a mini bus. Lovely surprise. When my husband and friend arrived much later that evening the kitchen was closed but they cheerfully reopened it and fed them with a fabulous plate of fresh fish and chips. The food was absolutely delicious and very plentiful. The owners and staff were wonderful, very warm and friendly. The apartment was very pleasant and comfortable. I cannot speak highly enough of the people of this warm and welcoming place. I hope to return there someday and very highly recommend it to people looking for a lovely vacation experience. Thank you again to the owners and staff of the Helm. Westport is a great little town in a stunningly beautiful location.😁👍

The room was clean, large and comfortable. The location of the property was ideal! Been to Westport several times and this was hands down our best accommodations! Would stay again!

Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent as it was cooked fresh shortly after you placed your order. The property was next door to the hotel I was attending a wedding in so this was an excellent location for me.

A great spot right in the commercial area of Westport. Walkable to all of the spots you need

Excellent large and comfortable room. Top quality service from the staff!

Location downtown next to the town center was fantastic. Great pub with live music. Room was comfortable and clean. Excellent value for the money.

Good location - 15 minutes of walking to city center , comfortable bed, friendly staff, good choice of Irish breakfast

One of the best places to stay very clean rooms, amazing views, and just a short walk to the town. Highly recommend!

Great location, cosy setting, rooms and beds were comfortable. 10 min drive to Croagh Patrick. Owner was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The accommodation was dog friendly which was great. 5 min drive into Westport.

The house is lovely with a well equipped kitchen. Very clean. Ten minute walk to Westport Quay (pubs and cafes), 1 minute walk to The Sheebeen pub (which has great pub food). Also close to Croagh Patrick and Bertra Beach. Just to note if you are bringing a dog, the garden is not enclosed. Lovely view of Clew Bay from the front of the house. Ample parking.

Close to restaurants and bars and parking.

The convenient location and cleanliness! Gerry is a most gracious host and was always around for anything we needed. This little house is a testament to his craftsmanship! The welcome bottle of wine was very appreciated after our long journey. Also, I haven’t slept that well in a long time, as the beds were extremely comfortable. Great place to stay while visiting the beautiful town of Westport!

So close to the GREENWAY running trail! Easy to hop on the trail outside his home for a long run! ALSO...Close to trail and Creogh St. Patrick, Famine memorial etc. Paul took us with little notice. We happened upon him after 6pm. We appreciated the service he gave us for such short notice.

The staff was very helpful. I arrived a bit confused about the breakfast situation, because I booked on the go and did not read fine print (I was in a cottage with a kitchen). The staff helped me sort it out, easily!!!

It was in a wonderful location, and I really loved my stay here. Very nice host who was very thoughtful, had snacks and water for us. The place also had a wonderful view and in a great location for the Beach and Croagh Patrick!

Great location, extremely clean, great place to eat & have a drink across the road, very handy, Mary is a Super Hostess, we loved our stay here & we'll be back soon, thanks a mil🏵️🏵️🏵️🏵️

Fantastic place to stay. We were in the Cart House on the Roost property - built many, many years ago right to the edge of the river - two foot thick walls. It has been completely renovated to modern (and high level) standards, and has been outfitted very well. Cozy, quiet and spotlessly clean and well furnished, and only a very short walk to the centre of Westport. Sitting at the kitchen table was a delight - you could almost touch the river on the other side of the window. We loved everything about it!!

Loved the access to the central part of the town. We loved the heated floors and the openness of the floor plan. It was nice having options provided for care products and the coffee machine was divine!!

Friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff Great location

No 14 is a home away from home.
