Accommodations in Pondicherry

Friendly and polite staff, Neatly maintained..

I had a very comfortable stay at Sandpoint Hotel. The room service was good, and the room was super clean, hygienic, and well maintained. I was travelling with my baby, and the hospitality was really great. It’s a brand-new property, around six months old, but it has all the required facilities, including excellent Wi-Fi and parking. The location is convenient, right on the main road, with nearby places and the beach easily accessible, especially if you have a car. The breakfast was also worth mentioning — delicious, fresh, and with a good variety. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and value-for-money stay.

The stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury - I would highly recommend this place. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Exceptional service! Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. I love

Very good experience overall. The room was clean, air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff members were friendly and cooperative. The hotel maintained good hygiene standards in all areas including lobby and dining space.

Location, well maintained, good service, very nice buffet breakfast.

Staff was very respectful and understanding

Nice tiles and lighting. Room was nice.

Spotless rooms , attentive staf and perfect location

Please do not book any rooms here. The place looks good only in pictures, but the actual maintenance is terrible. Nothing is properly maintained, and the staff's behaviour and service are very disappointing. Even the manager was unprofessional and did not handle the situation properly. Overall, it was a very bad experience. Please don't waste your money here. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid booking until they improve their maintenance, staff behaviour, and customer service.
