Located directly by the sea, the property offers easy access to a sandy beach and a promenade ideal for long walks. Follonica provides an authentic Italian experience, as it is not heavily frequented by foreign tourists. Its proximity to numerous sightseeing destinations across Tuscany, as well as to beautiful beaches toward Punta Ala, makes it an excellent choice for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Finding a parking spot near the apartment can be challenging; however, there are several spaces reserved exclusively for guests directly in front of the building.

Everything was perfect. The building and the rooms are beautifully renovated. Cleaning was exceptional. The sea and the main street with good restaurants are within 2 minutes of walking. The breakfast was good quality: a wide selection of sweet and salty dishes, pastries, hams, cheese. There was delicious home made bruschetta, and home made cakes too. There are gluten and lactose free options as well. Safe parking even for larger cars is possible both in the courtyard and on the street, but reserve in advance, as the spaces are limited. I have to mention the staff: Giacomo was the best host whom I ever met during my travels in the last 15 years across Europe. He is super nice, very polite and very helpful. He gave good restaurant advices, he even called and made reservations for us and for many places he can give discount vouchers too. There was also a very nice young girl, who baked the cakes which were amazing. We will definitely come back! Thank you!!

Absolutely everything. The staff and owners / managers were amazing. We could not have asked for more attention. It was so lovely to speak to real people instead of 'no contact'. They went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. Even with language limitations on both sides we all managed to communicate easily and laugh together.

Hands down perhaps one of the best places we have stayed so far. Everything was perfectly organized and the owner gave us very nice tips for interesting places to see and good choices for some delicious food. I can only further recommend it and hopefully we will have the opportunity to return back again some day.

We used the hotel for a quick overnight stay for one night. The breakfast was very good with a big selection of sweet and salty options. The rooms were very clean. There was a new AC system in the room but we didn’t use it. There was a fridge in the room that we could use with a few complementary drink.
