Stay for one night in bungalow.Interesting and nice place esspecialy for family with small kids.

It was nice and clean, the staff seemed nice also. The breakfast was nice a lot of food to choose from.

Breakfast was absolutely excellent – a rich and varied selection of everything one could wish for. Fresh bread and pastries, quality cold cuts and cheeses, yogurts, cereals, plenty of fruit and vegetables. We were more than satisfied. I would also like to highlight the excellent communication and highly professional behavior of the gentleman at the reception. He was always very polite, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome, which added greatly to the overall positive experience of our stay. The room was large and spacious, with very comfortable beds and perfectly clean linen. The furnishings and the bathroom were also excellent, and the towels were beautifully soft.

Great location, great food, fantastic spa, very friendly staff. I celebrated my birthday and they surprised me with a cake and a lit candle at dinner. Really friendly. When we were leaving, we asked if they could extend our stay by 1 hour and they accommodated us without any problems. We will be back. Keep it up.

Very convenient modern hotel with lovely rooftop hot tub with nice views. Great infinity inside pool and modern wellness area. Delicious breakfast with great choice. Comfortable room with large terrace.

A very nice hotel! Friendly staff, clean rooms, snow-white towels and bed linen, comfortable mattresses, and a nice breakfast with excellent coffee! A pleasant surprise-daily cleaning with towel change.There is a small free parking space at the hotel. The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk away. The beaches are mostly paid, with a very gentle, long increase in depth. There are several restaurants and a shop nearby, and the city center is a 15-minute walk away.

Nice and cosy, most likely family run, located within walking distance to historic city centre and just a few hundred meters from the beach. Tasty and diverse breakfasts. Definitely recommended for it’s price.

Staying at Hotel Castrum during our visit to Grado was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The room were extremely comfortable and well air-conditioned, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel itself is new and modern, with a very convenient elevator that added to the ease of our stay. Its location in the heart of the old town was ideal—everything we wanted to see was just a short walk away. At the same time, the hotel is tucked slightly off the main streets, so we were spared the noise and bustle, which made for peaceful evenings. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. A special thank you to the lovely Polish lady who showed us where to find a fantastic free beach and recommended a restaurant with the best Neapolitan pizza in town. Another staff member went out of her way to lend us her personal bottle opener when we needed one. These small but meaningful gestures made us feel so welcome and well cared for. We were also impressed with how the owners accommodated our need for secure parking, going out of their way to arrange it for us. The breakfasts were fantastic—everything was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. We particularly enjoyed sitting at the outdoor tables, savoring our meal under the open sky, surrounded by the charm of the Italian old town. As for Grado itself, the town is simply extraordinary—full of grace, elegance, character, and authentic charm. It’s a place that leaves a long lasting impression, and I truly hope to return one day. When I do, I will undoubtedly choose to stay at Hotel Castrum again. To the owners and staff, thank you so much for everything. I wish you all the best and hope the hotel continues to thrive and grow beautifully!

The apartment had everything we needed – a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, a dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, and plenty of towels. Everything was spotless and the furniture was brand new. We also appreciated the two air conditioners, which made the stay very comfortable. The location is excellent – right in the city center, just a short walk to the beach and close to many great restaurants. Easy check-in and check-out, and the host we chatted with was very kind.

The property is exceptional indeed. The most central location in the city, there are simply no more properties like this. View to the central square, the property itself is newly renovated, the beach, dining area and supermarket are in the closest proximity, with a lot of souvenir, clothes, footwear and other shops open till 23.00. The host is accessible easily, reacting promptly to all requests, very welcoming and polite. Everything we were missing initially and we asked for, was gladly provided by the host. (including the new pots) Very much appreciated.

The location is great - 10 min from the beach and the apparent is in the town center.

Very nice, cozy and anyway spacious apartment in the center of the city and very close to the beach at the same time. We traveled with our dog and he was also very welcomed in the house. Bruno and Camila are amazing friendly hosts. The breakfast was very tasty. Thanks once again for your nice hospitality, we enjoyed it more, than it was expected. We hope to come back once again :-)
