We booked very last Minute and were a little bit sceptical what to expect, but once we rang the bell we saw the friendly face of the owner. The moment he let us inside, we were so impressed how bright, clean and high quality the house and rooms are. Everything is newly renovated and very tasteful. The floor of the breakfast kitchen is so beautiful, you almost feel bad walking over it. You can safely park your car on his property. It was super easy to take the bus back and forward to the city. The owner will give you all the information you need, to have a good time in Venice. This is really a hidden gem and a total recommendation. If you want a smart way to visit Venice with a little bit of adventure. We had the feeling that we were visiting an Italian friend who made sure we had a good time and would help us if needed. Thank you very much for this experience.

Exceptional host and facilities. Everything was above standard in the way of equipment, space and comfort. Our host provided detailed maps and diagrams on what app that helped locate the supermarket. Restaurants and bus. The bus in and out of Venice centre is a few minutes . Loved our stay here.

The twin room we stayed is very clean and spacious. The bed is cozy, as we don’t like too soft mattress. There is a balcony in our room which has a good view of the garden, so perfect for a couple of drinks. Water pressure in the shower is good. AC works well. We enjoyed the Italian breakfast which has fresh croissants, yogurts, fruit, biscuit, cereals, coffee, etc. We also like the welcome refreshment (Venezia local cookie and bottled water). The lift in the house is so handy for people with suitcases. Paolo the landlord is very helpful. Our queries were always answered promptly. We were also given kind suggestions and a map for exploring Venice. Also thank you Paolo for helping us print out the boarding passes! Will definitely rate 20 if I can!

Very clean. The hotel can be summed up in one word: cute. The owner is a kind angel. Any wishes are realized almost immediately. I recommend it to anyone who appreciates comfort, convenience, warm homely atmosphere. Separately, I want to note the sensitive attitude towards the dog with which we traveled.

A smooth check-in with a friendly and helpful host Alesso. Great location: 2 minutes to the bus to Venice (10 minutes), close to the train station. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, perfect for relaxing and sleeping in a comfortable bed after sightseeing. The property was clean, heated, and had everything you need.
