Very nice and clean room, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Even though there was no AC the room was nicely cool. The breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced. Nicolas and Carol were very kind, hospitable and helpful! The house is in a beautiful and peaceful location, but still just 10 minutes drive from towns where you have shops and restaurants. Highly recommended place to stay!

Staff very helpful, friendly, good location

The comfortable apartment is situated on the side of a mountain, with fantastic views across the valley from our private breakfast area. Stefano served a delightful and extensive breakfast as we enjoyed the view. Mulazzo is a small quiet town, and a very good base for exploring the Lunignana region, including Pontremoli and Montereggio ( a tiny "book town" with a fascinating history). There are restaurants in Mulazzo, but they were closed for holidays, so we used a well stocked supermarket on the outskirts of Pontremoli. Access to the town and parking adjacent to the apartment was easy. Thank you to Stefano for a really enjoyable stay.

The staff was super friendly, nice and helpful. The location was perfect, georgous. Close to the highway and La Spezia but still remote enough to have an idyllic stay.

Beautiful property with a friendly host. The grounds and pool were very well kept and we were able to have a bbq in the garden.

Amazing property, facilities and welcome from Livia & Thomas. We were a family of 8, 3 adult children and partners and this was perfect as everyone had their own space, sitting area and privacy whilst also having lots of communal space. The property has been removed to a very high standard and we loved every moment of our stay. Livia couldn’t do enough for you and made our stay very relaxing. Thomas you’ve done a fine job renovating with so much attention to detail and care. It’s a credit to you.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Camilla and her family are the most friendly people.
