LithuaniaThis was by far the best stay I’ve ever had in Italy—and I’ve visited many times. Everything exceeded my expectations. Communication with the host was excellent: always clear, fast, and incredibly helpful whenever I had questions.
The apartment itself was absolutely spotless—truly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in. You could tell great care was taken to maintain it to a very high standard.
Overall, an outstanding experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Italy.

It had an excellent shower, comfortable bed, easy to use coffee machine and Niels provides generous amount of coffee pods (we are black coffee addicts), but best all, as we arrived in pouring rain and couldn’t see anything, was to discover the sunny balcony overlooking a green square in the morning, where we had our coffee!

GermanyEverything was simply amazing. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything: bars, restaurants, the university, supermarket, and train station were all within easy reach.
The host, Barbara, was incredibly kind and uncomplicated; everything went smoothly from start to finish. The apartment was top-notch, very well equipped, high quality throughout, furnished with great attention to detail, and spotlessly clean.
We were truly impressed: daily excellent cleaning with so much care and thoughtfulness (always fresh water in the coffee machine, for example — it’s the little things that make it special).
Excellent value for money, a real hidden gem in Pavia.

App 1/La Certosa is very nice for a stay over. Everything you could need is there. Comfy and clean. Slept well. There's much privacy, didn't see the personel or owners but communication via WhatsApp is very easy and helfpful. Price is very fair. The center is a +-15 min walk and has a few places to sit and enjoy a drink / dinner - or to shop.

The hotel staff were amazing, and the amenities were top-notch. A small addition like a few more pillows on the bed would make the stay even more luxurious. Our vacation was wonderful, and the hotel's location was ideal.

We got connected remotely, however welcome as well as communication during our stay was prompt and very friendly. Parking space was available in the close neighborhood as described. Instructions to check in ourselves were clear and useful. The location is not too far away from the city center being located about 20 minutes of walking distance. We found the apartment clean, cozy and adequately equipped. A great accommodation to spend a few relaxing days in Pavia.

I was a bit afraid because of the numerous negative reviews but my experience at the hotel/hostel was great. It’s not a luxury accommodation but has all the essentials, is clean, and the staff is helpful. Good value for money. I would definitely stay again!
