Accommodations in Scala

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were so helpful and friendly!

Loved our stay here! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was amazing on a hot day (with an incredible view!!), the breakfast was delicious and the staff were so helpful every time we asked for help or advice.

Services were excellent. Breakfast and our one lunch were outstanding. The staff are super friendly and helpful

Amazing location, unbelievable view, extraordinary room and staff.

Caruso Belmond hotel in Ravello is beyond exceptional. Special thank you to Alessio for making our stay so wonderful and welcoming. So very thankful for the amazing room. The food and service in the restaurants was exceptional, we loved everything. Only unhappy with the sommelier at dinner where she couldn’t connect with us at all for a recommendation of a good wine. All she wanted to do was recommend €270 bottles without listening to the needs and preferences that we had. Oh well, can’t be perfect for everything. It’s a small thing but overall, we loved the hotel and staff so much. Our stay here was so special and we definitely want to come back! Highly recommend Ravello and anyone coming here to stay in Caruso Belmond. It’s beyond exceptional for us. Thank you again!

The property contacted us well in advance of our arrival and did everything possible to ensure that our check-in would be smooth, comfortable, and hassle-free. They were excellent in this regard. Villa Amore is not right in the centre of Ravello, but the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service from its partner car park. Upon our arrival, Salvatore, the hotel porter, welcomed us and carried our luggage to the hotel. When we left, he also loaded our bags into our car so that we could enjoy exploring the town without having to worry about our luggage. Salvatore made our stay truly special with his positive attitude, warm smile, and charming manner. We cannot thank him enough! The hotel's location away from the centre was never an issue for us, as walking through the enchanting streets of Ravello was a pleasure in itself. Our room had an absolutely breathtaking view. We visited several places in Ravello famous for their views, but the one from our hotel was by far the best. The view alone makes Villa Amore worth visiting! Our room was spacious and clean, and overall, we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

The cleanest room I've ever stayed at. Great breakfast. Stunning view. Nice pool.

The owner is just a wonderful women

Exceptional experience. Everything is above expectation.

We stayed one night at this lovely place in the mountains with stunning views of the Amalfi. The location is peaceful and perfect for a longer holiday. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. We definitely want to come back and stay longer. Highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway with amazing views and great service!

The views are amazing! Great view of Ravello/Amalfi bay as well as the mountain range. Katia, her mother and cousin were very helpful with any questions / suggestions / recommendations of places to go and things to do. Extremely accommodating and helpful.

Perfect everything. The location , owner, cleanness.

Nice, helpful host. Beautiful view.

-The apartment is spacious and clean. -There's a very nice, private terrace with beds and a parasol that has a beautiful view of the neighbouring city of Ravello. -The area is quite and one can sleep with the windows open at night to let the cool wind it, yet keep the mosquitoes out thanks to the screen doors. -There's AC as well as fans in the apartment. -The kitchen is fully equipped (plates, cutlery, various utensils; two sinks, oven, stove, microwave, etc.). -The host prepared a little corner in the living room with useful information for tourists, including bus schedules and brochures for nearby sightseeing and related activities. The host, Fernando, lives with his family in the apartment above and is very friendly and ready to help. He speaks only Italian, but communicating via WhatsApp, a translation app, and a few Italian words here and there works well, too. We could reach out to him at any point if we had any questions or would have experienced any issues on our trips, which we appreciated. At the same time, he didn't impose himself on us and was very polite.

The view. The location was good also. Groceries and café by 4min walk. Apartment is in a old building, and in the dark the hallways seems like from a horror scene. We find it very funny and interesting.

Nice quiet location. Great view from the big terrace. The apartment is spacious.

Our stay in Scala was our favorite part of our honeymoon. The property was quiet, scenic, and a short walk to multiple restaurants, grocery market, cafe, and tabacchi, most of which are situated around the town piazza just down the road. The host Luigi was very communicative and helpful. All the residents of Scala that we met were welcoming and personable. We enjoyed experiencing the daily rhythm of the small community, away from the tourist crowds, but just a short bus ride away from Amalfi and Ravello. The property itself was spotless and very comfortable, with everything we needed to have a peaceful and stress free stay. My husband is a notoriously finicky sleeper when traveling, but slept through the night the whole time because the accommodation was so quiet and comfortable. Thank you Casa Mercurio!

The view from the balcony and the windows were stunning! ♥️ The location is great, it was very easy to walk to Ravello from here.. about 20-25min walk depending on your pace. The bus stop is also within 5min walking distance and it was easy to reach Amalfi with the bus from here. The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Highly recommended 😁

I absolutely loved Scala and the apartment was HUGE. So much room for a family of 5 to spread out and a beautiful balcony too. Our host even baked a cake for us!
