From the initial booking, through check in and finally checkout everything went perfectly: instructions are given on how to access the building, everything was clean, the ac was on when we arrived to make it more comfortable and we were also given some coffee capsules and sweets as a welcoming gifts, and as for location: it can't get more central than this🤗 For anyone who is looking for an affortable parking, go to the Moretti Parking (they charge 2.00 euros per day) nearby.

The owner, Mr. Roberto greeted us on our arrival and showed us to the apartment which is brand new, well maintained and very cozy and comfortable to be in. There is also a parking place in front of the building, within the yard, so one does not need to worry about the vehicle. The apartment features absolutely everything you may need for your stay in Udine: fridge, hair dryer, water kettle, Smart TV, towels, etc. Great value for money. Thank you Roberto!

The apartments were amazing. Everything was clean, tidy and ready. Communication was fast and pleasant, all questions were answered. Everything has been thought of - the most important phone numbers are written down, there are maps with places to visit if you want to explore the city, and there is a first aid kit in case of emergency. Everything has really been thought of and there is everything you could possibly need. There was even a breakfast left - a wonderful place to stay.

The house and apartment are wonderful, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The hosts thoughtfully provided coffee, refreshments, and snacks in the room, which was a lovely touch.
