Yes its clean and very near to train station

It was great. The bed was big and comfy and the bathroom, the sink and the shower were all separate from each other I like that. Very close to the event I had planned. Had enclosed parking and safe. 10/10

It's close to the station. The amenities are amazing: towels and lounge wear, drink bar, toiletries. And the staff is respectful and helpful. It exceeded my expectations! Definitely you get more than what you paid for!

sauna and bath very clean, as well as the capsule bedding.

Love the bathtub and the bed. The lady at the reception was the sweetest person really. Really loved the place

Good place to stay. Bed is very comfortable. Great service from owner. Everything well organized.

Japanex Ichikawa was very clean and lots of rooms, very comfortable for the 5 of us.

We have stayed at the New Otani Makuhari several times, and every time we've been pleased. We like the size of the rooms, the friendliness of the staff, the location near the station and the design and art deco style of some of the amenities. One of our favorite hotels in Japan.

spa onsite !! room - not so spacious but good enough. location - bus shuttle provided to nearest JR station but walkable via pedestrian walkway 800meters meals - not part of package

The breakfast was excellent and great location

Location and Breakfast was excellent

Cleanliness and ambience… staff members are all very respectful.

Clean rooms and helpful staff.

Great place, good Staff and very tasty Breakfast in Japanesse Way:)

This is the third time we stayed at the hotel. We stay here whenever we have events in Chiba. The location is unbeatable, being right next to the train station and the convenience store. This hotel is a great choice when it comes to balancing cost and convenience. During our latest visit, we were unfortunately stuck overnight at Narita airport due to road and train closures because of the weather. The hotel staff were very understanding and were able to move our check in to one day later. They also did their best to make us comfortable when we arrived the next day. We deeply appreciate the lovely hospitality.

Fancy gorgeous looking, airport shuttle directly to hotel

Professional staff and convienient services and amenities. Location was great and checking in, out, and storing luggage was seamless.

Everything! From the front desk to the bus driver everybody were approachable. Beds were great. Enough for a family. I wish we asked for extra pillows but we were too tired already.

Loved how close to the train station we were. The hotel was very nice and quiet!
