The good size western room and its private Onsen are the ones I like most. The hotel staff are very helpful and very considerate. Either shuttle service or asking help for taxi, they satisfied my requests quickly with smile. There are staff who speaks English and Chinese at the front desk. Thank them for the help.

I picked this property because it was very short walk from the JR station and I had never stayed at this Japanese chain before. I most definitely will seek out.APA hotels on my next trip. It was comfortable spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was remarkable for its variety and taste. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very helpful—especially one of the women at the front desk. When I needed to book a taxi for the next morning, she patiently assisted me. I was quite worried because heavy rain had hit the area, and all local train services had been suspended for several days. However, the hotel staff remained calm and suggested that I reserve a taxi to the nearest major Shinkansen station. It was a bit expensive, but thanks to their advice, I was able to continue my journey instead of being stranded
