(3) room: very clean and well maintained. Air conditioner. (4) owner and staffs: quite attentive to guests, kind and friendly. (5) concept: here is not only for the resort but production site as fish, chicken, rice, coconut, palm sugar, fish source etc. with irrigation system. Lot of learnings and fun!

The owner is so kind and helpful. He helped me so much when i had problems to cross the border between Vietnam and Cambodia. He also do his best to make the guesthouse perfect for travel's. The location of the guesthouse in a green 💚 quite part of the town. It is very clean and convenient and i sleep very well hear. We loved the views from our 3 balconies. The cleaning lady was very nice and she did a good job. Staff was very nice and a big thank you to the outdoor security making sure we got safely across the road.

The hotel staff are incredible though the place is a bit old seeming in the lobby the staff make all the diffrence I had a large amount of highly delicate items to transport, the staff had been so accommodation I have never felt safer transporting merchandise so well before
