The service is excellent. The management and staff were amazing. The drinks by Dorris was the best I’ve ever had. The hotel was so good, I didn’t have any faults. I was very sad to leave as we had the best vacation. I’ll definitely come back.

We had great time with our 4 year old. Opening doors into central space was wonderful - with the kids play pool, main pool and hammocks. The cabins are cute and rustic. We were able to cook for ourselves with the hob, microwave and basic kitchen equipment. We stayed two nights but would’ve been happy for longer. Walking distance to beach but we stayed on property mostly because it was so sweet.

Very nice style and very clean hostel!! Staff was very kind and friendly! Great location near beach, shops and market. Nice boutique hostel with only 5 rooms. On the second floor was nice big room and was quiet. It was only about 1 month back renovated hostel - nice clean smell!

From the moment I arrived, the owners warm and attentive hospitality made me feel like royalty. They were always ready to assist with any request, ensuring that my experience was stress-free and enjoyable. The location of Puerta Del Cielo is nothing short of breathtaking. Perched along the pristine coastline, the views of the ocean were absolutely mesmerizing. Watching the sunset from the private terrace was a daily highlight, and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore was a soothing lullaby every night. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also beautifully designed. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings added a touch of elegance to the entire experience. The villa I stayed in was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a perfect sanctuary for relaxation. The pool area was a wonderful place to unwind and soak up the sun with an amazing view of the ocean. Puerta Del Cielo exceeded all my expectations. It's a paradise where you can disconnect, rejuvenate, and appreciate the natural beauty of the Yucatan Peninsula.
