Located in small village, not close to main road, so no noise from cars. The are some local cafes to had dinner. Breakfast was the best we had in Mexico, coffee also was good. Room was big and comfortable. Good shower. Owner is great, helps You with advice what to see and how to get.

5 mins drive to Chichen Itza. Perfect location if you want an early visit to the ruins to beat the heat and the crowds. Good rooms with powerful AC and comfy beds. Basic breakfast is provided early, which was a bonus. Had a lovely dinner in a nearby restaurant.

This bungalow complex is a 5-minute drive from the Chichen Itza Ruins. It features 2 outdoor pools and is 10 minutes’ walk from Ik Kil Cenote, a sacred natural pool with waterfalls.

For me, the BEST hotel in Mexico!!! Unfortunately, I was only there for one night, as I was just passing through. 😒 Where should I start? The staff were very, very friendly. Especially PEPE—he was always smiling 😃. Pepe, many greetings to you. The room was very clean and spacious. No spiders, no other insects. The bed was comfortable!!! The bathroom was very clean. There was nothing to complain about. I really looked, but I couldn’t find anything negative. I work in the hotel industry myself (management), and I know where to look. I have no idea why some guests rated it poorly!!! If this hotel isn’t for you, then you need to go to a 5-star hotel!!! I really can’t rate anything negatively. For me, it was comfortable!!! 2 pools, a restaurant, directly on the main road, and across the street a beautiful cenote “IK KIL,” where I went swimming. TOP location!!! The gardens, fountains and pool are wonderful. The accomodation is squeaky clean and staff very professional and helpful. We had an excellent 5 star meal at the restaurant and breakfast was delicious.

Very nice house, very close to Chichen Itza. Instructions were clear. Checkout was at noon, so we visited the site at 8 am (be there early!), and afterwards, we could use the facilities until noon. Rooms were clean, and the toilet at the small garden was cool :). Kitchen well stocked, maybe the best in Mexico we encountered.

Surrounded by tropical forests, this retreat hotel is 10 minutes’ drive from the Mayan ruins of Chichen-Itza. It offers a spa and meditation area, a lake and an outdoor pool.
