The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The property was comfortable and quiet. It was also easy to walk to. We do not use a car, and we came in on the ferry as a family with luggage and we walked to this hotel, and then walked from there to the house of friends where we are staying. Fun decor, great food nearby, altogether a great spot.

Leonardo Hotel IJmuiden Seaport Beach is located 492 feet from the beach and surrounded by the Kennemermeer and the yachting harbor. A sauna and Turkish steambath are featured.

A pleasant experience. The check-in and the stay went as smooth as possible. Very helpful staff and a good location. Given it's in a very old building, it's well kept and maintained. Free coffee is a bonus. The bathroom was very nice and clean.

The property is very large by Dutch standards (city center no-less). There were two decent sized bedrooms, each on their own floor, each containing a larger and a smaller bed. There was also a large living room and large kitchen/dining room, a private patio, and a laundry room. I'd describe it as a nice apartment rather than a hotel. Most northern Dutch living rooms face the street with a large clear window but this one was tucked back behind, nicely private.
