Everything was fine but only issue so far from Al harmain Kabba. 7 kilometers away...expensive

Cleanliness, room area and helpful and friendly staff

The rooms are neat and clean, staff (naïf, munir, shuaa) are very humble

The appartment is big, nice and clean. It is close to a masjid and lots of restaurants nearby.

100% 100% 100% This hotel is one of the best you can choose, it combines elegance, tranquility and proximity to theMASJID SL HARAM MAKKAH at the same time. I used to leave the hotel every day to take the hotel bus that is always there, to the Grand Mosque, there I had the best time, I would leave there, walk to the hotel (30 minutes), and I could come back by taxi (13 Saudi riyals, about 3 dollars), or I could come back by the hotel buses which I did not need at all, and when I came back, I would enter another world, a hotel with excellent luxury, Dinners was great , I booked a room with breakfast included, but I was not able to break my fast until the last day because I was in the Haram. However, the last day when I broke my fast before leaving the hotel, it was a very delicious breakfast, and not as my friends who had visited Mecca previously told me and informed me that the hotels there, although expensive, are deplorable due to the poor services in everything, it was truly a wonderful opportunity for me, thanks to Ms. Jamila in the information department and Ms. Rafel for their professionalism in work, as well as all the staff, and thanks also to BOOKING because it really never let me down.

Everything was just perfect the staff are very helpful especially Mrs. Mariam from the reception I love and I did enjoyed my stay there definitely I will repeat it again once I visit Makkah again

Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Saud (Saud Al-Ghamdi) and Mr. Yazeed Al-Qureshi. Despite the heavy traffic and crowded conditions on Ibrahim Al-Khalil Road, the staff made our arrival smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. Our car was promptly parked in the hotel’s covered parking facility, which was particularly convenient. Mr. Al-Ghamdi continued to welcome guests and pilgrims with a warm smile, while Mr. Al-Qureshi efficiently assisted with issuing room cards. Both gentlemen demonstrated remarkable professionalism, courtesy, and genuine hospitality. Their welcoming attitudes and continuous smiles created a very positive first impression. In the evening, Mr. Mahmood Miski was also present at the reception, offering assistance and guidance to pilgrims with great kindness and professionalism. His helpful attitude further demonstrated the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. The overall quality of the services, including room service, housekeeping, car parking, and reception hospitality, was truly outstanding. Every aspect of our stay reflected care, dedication, and a sincere desire to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. As an Italian citizen visiting Makkah, I was particularly impressed by the exceptional kindness, professionalism, and welcoming attitude of these gentlemen. Their conduct deserves special recognition and appreciation.
