A very pleasant place to stay that looks new, it’s comfortable and the facilities are clean, the breakfast buffet is excellent they offer variety of options, the reception staff are so friendly and welcoming they helped a lot they even insisted on paying my taxi when I left to Airport, the security NurAli is always welcoming you and checking on you as a friend and gifted me fruits when I was leaving :)

Everything: amenties, rooms were beautiful and high quality. But would stood out exceptionally was the care and attentiveness of the staff. I have stayed at multiple world class 5* hotels (Ritz-Carlton, the Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental) and the staff was very much in line with what one would expect at one of those. Saidjalol, especially, was incredibly helpful in assisting me in booking my onwards travel. He is a superstar employee. Please thank him for me!

This hotel is amazing. I stayed in three different hotels in Uzbekistan, and this was by far the best one. I liked it so much that I returned for my last night before my flight back home. Special thanks to Abdul and Jamshid for being incredibly kind and helpful. I arrived the day before New Year, when most tourist attractions were closed for a couple of days. Jamshid went out of his way to help me by giving me a list of places I could still visit, and even lent me his bus card, as the place to buy one was also closed at the time. That level of kindness really made a difference. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and comfortable, with a good breakfast. Another big plus is that there is a bus stop about 100 meters from the hotel, which makes getting to major tourist attractions very easy and inexpensive. I highly recommend staying here.

They were very accommodating and attentive, which made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city. My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well every night. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus since I needed it for work. Breakfast was included in the booking, and the variety of options exceeded my expectations. I particularly enjoyed the local dishes – they were fresh and flavorful. Overall, I would definitely recommend Hotel Marwa to fellow travelers from Kazakhstan or anywhere else. It offers a great balance of comfort, location, and value for money. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Tashkent!

This hotel is so close to the airport and will arrange transfers for anytime. We stayed for two separate nights while we traveled to Khiva and nothing was too much trouble for the excellent staff.. We arrived at 12.30am for one stay and had to leave at 2.45am on the other stay. Rooms are big, clean, soft beds, hot showers, delicious breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.
