If you are looking to be out in nature, this property offers a nice quiet tropical retreat atmosphere. They have a restaurant, bar and access to the beach along with WiFi in the room. They offer taxi service that costed $20 to Stone Town and $20 to return with the taxi waiting until you finish your tour or activity of choice with no extra charge. Omar was also helpful and accommodating.

I liked the fact that Royal Cliff is a hidden Gem in the countryside. All the food is organic and fresh. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. I appreciate their service. Salvina was very helpful.

Everything! I can’t fault it. Starting from the gate, very warm welcome. Made me and my wife feel and get in tune with the happy mood. Very exceptional service from staff, spectacular amenities and access and good value for money. I felt very happy and can recommend this to anyone with my eyes closed. Made a lot of vacation memories with my wife here.

The place was amazing and the level of hospitality management is the best. From the first day we arrived we were treated as Royals. From being received early then our check in time to being offered breakfast 😁. The Variety of the buffet both breakfast and dinner is amazing. Fresh fruits , non spicy food 👌, variety on drinks , sweet tasty treats and lots mouth watering 😋 to choose from. Rooms were perfect, clean, proper daily house keeping. Real beach front, clean big pool and large rest area. Management is at pur in making sure they we enjoy our stay . The Super Hero named Ahmed who was amazing , passionate in assist with everything even went beyond expectations to make our stay super amazing. Ahmed made us longing to stay for more days- unfortunately we couldn't extend cause we were have already booked somewhere. Already wishing we stayed for all our days. Big Up to all the staff members who are always smiling and ready to help with anything.

Genuinely a fantastic hotel! Everything was exactly like in the photos; a cosy boutique hotel, friendly atmosphere, within a few mins walking distance to a sandy white beach coated with a coral blue ocean. The amenities and rooms were cleaned daily, the breakfast was very tasty and a good choice of beverages/food to buy throughout the day. The owners were brilliant and really attentive, went the extra mile to help us as our luggage got lost and sorted out some spare clothes - not a service you'd get in any other hotel I don't think. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly return!

This hotel is truly a gem and the property manager is one of the very best things about this small hotel! There are only 5 rooms but the layout and common areas make for a very comfortable and safe place with a great vibe. All of the staff are very competent and very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are very clean with great AC as well as ceiling fans. The small pool was clean and wonderful. The breakfast changes daily and is exceptional with lots of fresh fruit, juice, coffee or tea and different dishes with eggs or pancakes or toast. The manager also recommended several restaurants that are an easy walk on the beach including a wonderful Italian restaurant next door. We highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel and hope to return in the future.
