AustraliaSondra the host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, she is a terrific host and chef to boot, the Carrs shop was 5 minutes walk away (Sondra told us how to get there), the host Sondra had every amenity under the sun complimentary to our needs, water bottles, savoury and sweet snacks, she said use all the hand wash, hand lotion, bandaids, earplugs, mouthwash, ear buds, bandaids you name it, we could use it. Breakfast was outstanding as she was a chef in her previous employment before being a bed and breakfast host. Also has all brochures and tight security measures.

United StatesVery clean and quiet. Easy access and good deal for the room we were supposed to be in. We were moved to another due to a small issue which was handled impeccably. A little break on the smaller room would’ve been nice but no worries. It’s all the same when you close your eyes.

I did not know there was a breakfast. The staff was excellent!! The accommodations were obviously old with updated fixtures (beds, sink, tv…), for the price paid I would expect more than 1990’s flooring. You can’t just take a very old and rundown building and slap a name on it and have that be a Ramada by Wyndham.

The manager was extremely helpful and kind enough to allow us a late checkout. All communication & email updates were prompt. The accommodations were comfortable. The best bath towels, way better than some high-end hotels. There were places to eat & things to do within walking distance.

The accommodation was satisfactory. I was travelling for work and expected good wifi strength. The wifi was poor. I spoke to the staff twice, but nothing changed. If I sat on the floor by the door to the corridor the wifi strength was marginally better.
Because of the nature of my trips, I wouldn't stay there again

Housekeeping couple were the BEST!!! The restaurant staff and check in staff were all amazing!!! Extremely comfortable and the best location and accommodations 😊and a great exercise room!

I liked knowing that their apology wouldn't compensate time wasted or a cold stay in a cramped car with 3 people and a dog for the night with promises of them finding accommodations for another hotel that didn't come
